Очаровательная винодельня с уникальным расположением. Дегустация проходит в атмосферном винном погребе среди дубовых бочек, наполняя момент особым шармом. Белое вино — настоящая изюминка: редкое, неожиданное, и по-настоящему незабываемое. Экскурсия с Лизой — это отдельное удовольствие: познавательно, душевно и с тонким чувством вкуса.

This is a must visit for any trip to the Montpellier and Narbonne area. Lisa was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the wine and the history of the winery. We loved all of the wines, especially the Le Délicat (white), which has an incredibly atypical flavor that was delicious, and Le Magnifique (red).

Super cadre pour ce domaine. Merci à Lisa pour ce bon moment d'échange et la belle dégustation. Des vins qui sont atypiques pour cette région mais très bien fait. Dommage que la route affiche une voie sans issus, ce qui peut faire que certaines personnes hésitent à y aller. En tout cas une belle découverte dans un cadre magnifique.

I had the pleasure of visiting the winery, and the experience was just delightful! The entire trip was just amazing and the wine ???? ohhhh so good!!! I felt like family and the treatment I received felt like family as well! I highly highly recommend this wine and if you get the chance to visit the winery YOU HAVE TOO!!!!

Domaine Pilenium is a hidden gem in the heart of Aude where history (found out that the winery was set on ancient Roman site) winemaking come together beautifully. They produce organic wines with a unique saline touch from the soil and surrounding nature. Le Delicat stood out as a must try, it's perfectly balanced and fresh. Love the owners' dedication to sustainability and quality so if you're a wine lover/explorer this is a stop you don't want to miss. Ask for Lisa, she will take you on a nice history and tasting adventure :)

The white… will absolutely flabbergast your senses… the aromas, the taste… there is nothing that white wine is missing…!
