Bien.

J’ai été accueillie hier par le sourire et la bienveillance d’Alexandra. Comme je voyage seule, c’est important pour moi de recevoir un accueil si chaleureux.
C’est la troisième fois que je choisis cet hôtel car les studios cosy sont douillets et modernes et je m’y sens chez moi. De plus, l’hôtel est super centré et situé dans un beau bâtiment.
J’ai décidé d’y revenir à chaque fois que je viens à Dijon.

Expérience plus que plaisante pour notre grande famille de 5 dans cet établissement : le personnel est ultra souriant et serviable, petit goûter gratuit offert l’après midi, juste quand on arrivait (crêpes et bonbons), les explications étaient claires et précises. Le déjeuner ultra complet et copieux. Nous nous sommes régalés !

La chambre spacieuse pour nous 5 et très confortable. Seul bémol, quelques pièces qui mériteraient à être rénovées/entretenues comme le pommeau de douche abîmé ou Netflix non utilisable sur la télé. Mais cela reste ridicule comparé au reste !!

L’hôtel est merveilleusement situé à 2min à pied d’un parking public facile d’accès et l’hôtel est situé dans le centre ville : on sort de celui ci que l’on peut déjà se balader et profiter de Dijon.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist dadurch perfekt geeignet für eine Städtereise. Wir waren im 5. Stock, hatten eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt und hörten keinen Lärm von der Strasse.|Das Personal war nett, aber die Reception oft unbesetzt. Unser Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet, viele der Möbel waren aber nicht von sehr guter Qualität und entsprechend beschädigt. Selbes galt für einige Schrammen in der Wand oder Ähnliches. Das Zimmer war nicht schmutzig, aber auch nicht 100% sauber (teilweise staubig, Dusche kalkig usw.)|Trotzdem ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, da es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat.

We were really pleased we booked this location for a recent three-day visit to Dijon. We wanted a room with more space so we booked the superior double studio with balcony and found the cheapest rate on the hotel's website. We knew the hotel didn't provide daily cleaning and changed the towels every two days but that was fine with us as we weren't looking for room service.||The location couldn't be better. The paid parking was a half block away and there was ample access to public transit. But the hotel was also centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see and a five-minute walk to many excellent restaurants. Our room was in a section of a building dating from 1875 that was part of the late-nineteenth century redevelopment of this end of Dijon so it had a nice historical feel with broad pedestrianized shopping streets, great for evening walks.||We liked that there was room to spread out and very much appreciated the view through the large windows. Our visit was at the end of December so we wanted at least some sunlight before we set out in the morning. It was too cold to make use of the little balcony but it was nice to have picturesque views of historic buildings right outside the window.||Our room had been renovated: laminate flooring, fresh paint, updated plumbing fixtures and new furniture and was all very comfortable. Although small, the bathroom was functional and the water pressure, hot water and drainage was all fine. Despite being on a main pedestrianized street we found the room to be very quiet. There was adequate storage, space to respond to some work emails and plenty of outlets in the right places. We didn't make use of the kitchen area (microwave, cooktop, refrigerator). The public areas were a bit worn but again, we knew that going in and this was fine with us.||The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. We didn't take the breakfast option but it looked like a decent spread in a comfortable room off the lobby. All in we would definitely stay there again and thought it was a good value for the cost. If we went back we'd request Room 4 on the third floor as it seems a bit larger.
