On the building itself, elevator from second floor isn`t working right. You can´t call the elevator from there. You smell the sewer in the bathroom.

Ce qui a motivé ma curiosité , c'est le petit déjeuner ! Au top je comfirme également . Les produits locaux de bonne gamme . Un vrai plaisir , entre autres , de déguster un échantillon frais de chacun d'eux !
Un bon point aussi pour le café Latte Macchiato

Nice hotel and good location for me. Close to the exhibition center and 15min walk into the pedestrian area. It looks a little old from the outside but inside is modern and most likely remodeled in the last few years. A lot of power and USB (C as well) outlets around the room. The room is spacious.

Smell of the plague - I checked into room 210 and there was an acute drain smell in the bathroom. I called reception and a member of staff agreed that it was not acceptable. She took me to another room which had the same problem and it was the same. So then staff member said she would get the technician to resolve the issue in room 210. After dinner I was assured it had all been fixed. Went back to the room and the bathroom was smelling fresh - little did I know that all they had done was to spray an atomiser - after taking a shower and getting dressed for bed the smell was back. However after a 13 hr drive from the U.K. I was too exhausted to argue and change rooms. This morning it was the smell of the plague and it was impossible to have a shower without gagging! Complained at reception - shrug of the Gaelic shoulders - all I was offered was a free breakfast and 30% off the room bill. Not acceptable.

This Mercure hotel stay was shockingly below par. Slow service, no air-conditioning in warm weather without notification, inadequate and dirty fan, restaurant served the wrong fish without informing us, and charged for slippers. A truly disappointing experience that does not reflect the Accor brand.

Parfait. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Décoration raffinée. Petit déjeuner top. Personnel très très agréable. Seul petit bémol, il fait très très chaud dans les chambres malgré le chauffage éteint.

J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par l'excellence du service. Les serveurs et serveuses semblent anticiper le moindre besoin des clients avec une grande finesse. Leur souci du détail et leur réactivité sont dignes d'un établissement de cette catégorie. Avec des agents de sécurité très professionnels, toute mes Félicitations à vous tous! ✨????????✨

409€ pour 2 nuits,les chambres ne dont pas extraordinaires, le drap sur le lit laisse à désiré. Par contre le personnel est très agréable que ce soit au petit déjeuner où au restaurant

We stayed at Hôtel Mercure Dijon Centre Clemenceau, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing hotel of our 6-stop European trip.||The extra bed we paid for was delivered in poor condition — some slats were missing, and it couldn’t be used properly until we requested repairs. For a hotel in this price range, this should never have been overlooked.||The central air conditioning wasn’t on, and no explanation was given (maybe seasonal). We had to open the window just to breathe. Unfortunately, the room overlooked an intersection and tram line, so the noise, streetlight glare, and mosquitoes made rest nearly impossible. Even our 5-year-old child couldn’t sleep.||Between the discomfort, the noise, and the lack of basic maintenance, we left exhausted and disappointed. Mercure is a brand we expected more from — but this fell far below the standard.||This is only the second hotel review I’ve written in ten years — because no traveler should have to go through this.

Tout était parfait l’accueil, la chambre, le petit déjeuner. Il y a des bornes de recharge au parking et la charge est offerte. L’hôtel est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Rien de mieux pour un arrêt sur la route des vacances hôtel bien situé confortable accueil super sympa et un restaurant magnifique avec une belle vue sur la cuisine et une bonne cuisine. Les vacances ont très bien commencé.

Hôtel bien situé, non loin du centre ville et proche du Tram.
Accueil agréable et service de qualité.
Une rénovation des chambres est en cours, c'est une bonne chose, il faudra prévoir également l'isolation des fenêtres, souvent peu efficace tant sur le bruit extérieur que sur l'isolation thermique.
Toujours une attention pour les clients All Diamond, merci car ça devient de plus en plus rare !

Très bel hôtel et très beau restaurant avec beaucoup de personnel à l’écoute de ses clients ce qui est parfait…
La cuisine est très bonne et parfaite…
Les brunchs sont aussi des bons buffets bien garnis etc. ????????
