We did the signature tour with Armelle and it was great! Her description of the wines and the history of the region was very helpful. The wines were some of the best we had during our stay in Burgundy. As an added treat we had the pleasure to talk with Bernard as we waited for our taxi, which was an added bonus :)

We had a fantastic experience at Domaine Arielle et Bernard RION. We booked a truffle hunting + wine tasting for myself, my husband and our 3 young girls. The first thing was the truffle hunting. They took us out to their plot of woods where they harvest truffle with their two adorable dogs. Since this summer was so dry and, therefore, limited truffle growth, they were kind enough to “hide” 2 truffles for the dogs to find ahead of our visit. The dogs did their job and the girls loved following them around the woods! From there, we drove back through the vineyards where the sifferent plots for the dofferent grape varieties was explained - we even stopped off in one of the family’s plots to get an up close look at the vineyard! From there, we returned to the domaine and started our l tasting in the cave, which was equally excellent. We got to taste many wines plus truffle products that the family also produces. They also gave our daughters grape juice and supplied enough truffle products for each of them to taste, which made them feel special and included. I highly recommend this experience.
