Un hotel**** con 17 habitaciones, el bistró, un restaurante acogedor, Klima, un restaurante gastronómico, grandes vinos... tantas razones para prolongar su estancia aquí. Una degustación en el bistró con una tabla de embutidos, un recorrido de degustación en la Wine Bike, una divertida bicicleta eléctrica de 12 plazas, una visita a las bodegas o una visita técnica a los viñedos le revelarán los secretos de los viñedos y los vinos de la finca.

We had very high expectations of the hotel/restaurant and they were absolutely blown away the moment we arrived. The whole place has a wow factor both in the communal areas and the bedrooms. The restaurant was first class and the bar area/breakfast were a real delight. The wine list is one of the best and most extensive I have ever seen (not just Burgundy but including Italian, Spanish and Bordeaux wines) and was extremely fairly priced.The modern furniture and art works juxtapose perfectly with the backdrop of the traditional and vintage feeling of the architecture. The staff were all superb but special mention to Constantine at reception, Aurelio and Leticia in the restaurant/bar, Amandine (who was a brilliant and most informative guide on the Velo tour of the vineyards), and of course to Patrick himself who was an absolutely charming host.
