Bien apprécié la visite du domaine de Brau et la dégustation. Un bonus particulier pour le cabernet blanc. Fabien a un esprit innovateur et développe des cépages plus adaptés au changement climatique et pour cela il mérite d’être soutenu dans ses projets. Le cypher est délicieux. un brin pétillant et fruité. Un bon substitut quand on ne boit pas d alcool.

Zeer gastvrij, deelt graag zijn kennis en kan veel over de wijn en het productieproces vertellen. De wijnen zijn milieuvriendelijk geproduceerd en ook erg goed geprijsd! De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is top. De alcoholvrije variant is ook erg lekker :)

Unser Besuch bei Brau Wein war eine großartige Erfahrung! Die Auswahl an Bio-Weinen ist beeindruckend, und es gibt auch neue, leckere Sorten ohne Alkohol, die uns positiv überrascht haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Beratung durch den Chef persönlich, der sich viel Zeit genommen hat, um uns durch die verschiedenen Weine zu führen und unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Der herzliche Empfang wurde zusätzlich durch den sehr lieben Hund abgerundet, der den Besuch noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein wunderbares Erlebnis – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hicimos una cata de vinos y Fabien nos ha atendido estupendamente. Se nota que le gusta lo que hace. Nada que ver con lo que se hace en la zona. Muy exótico.
Los vinos todos biológicos.
Mucha variedad de vinos, algunos son difíciles de encontrar en otros sitios.
Vale la pena la experiencia. Absolutamente recomendable.

Amazing wine tasting with Fabian. Great passion , knowlege and very interesting organic local wines. Viognier was a standout, as was the cypher 0 alcohol sparkling.

Visite de la cave avec dégustation, notamment de la gamme sans alcool, par un passionné un peu barré comme il se définit lui-même.
Parfait pour découvrir le vin local dans ce qu'il a de plus classique mais surtout de plus original!

Bio (organic) wine tasting on a random Tuesday afternoon, off season. Friendly greeting from multilingual staff, sharing helpful information about the different parcels, grapes and approaches their winemaker is taking here. Some natural wines too. Delicious Cabardes blend and Viognier, plus many more to try. Highly recommend !
