Convenientemente situado cerca de Hyde Park y Portobello, este pequeño, tranquilo e independiente hotel ofrece un servicio de calidad y proporciona una especie de mini-oasis de verdor en la capital. Su estancia incluirá cómodas habitaciones con decoración moderna que han sido recientemente reformadas, un pequeño jardín lleno de flores que le transportará a la época victoriana a la hora del té y un excelente desayuno (cargo adicional). 100% excellent value for money and loved it! My elderly mother also loved it to. The hotel is tastefully done with some period features. I'd love to see MORE period features reinstated in line with the good modern taste and decor the hotel is in. Fabulous and quiet area with those beautiful gardens opposite. I want to stay there again.....soon (like mid Feb).

This hotel is ok by London standards. The location is very good. It is located within 5 minutes of two very different bus and tube lines, hence it offers great exploring possibilities. I didn't dare the breakfast nook (check out my review of the Sociale Café, 5 minutes away). The room was clean and practical. It overlooked the park, which was lovely, on a fairly quiet street. The staff was barely there and the elevator broken. No help was offered to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

On a été super bien accueilli par le personnel et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir! Les chambres étais propre le petit-déjeuner étais vraiment délicieux. Je recommande cette hôtel

We were able to check in very early after arriving that morning. Room was small but adequate. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
