Pretty good hotel, we stayed there for 4 nights, despite the tiny room (no need for more to be honest) the rest is absolutely perfect! Pretty good option for staying in London! The location is more than perfect!

Horrível! 0 sensibilidade! Tinha marcado a minha reserva com cancelamento gratuito até dia 8 de Março. No dia 9 um familiar faleceu e não pude viajar para Londres, pedi o cancelamento gratuito um dia depois após o prazo e expliquei a situação que me tinha acacabo de me acontecer ao booking e ao hotel em questão. Ficaram de esperar pela resposta do manager que só veio 2 dias depois da minha reserva! Recusaram se a entender a situação delicada de um cliente. Tratam os clientes como animais e não têm compaixão com os mesmos! A minha critica seria de 0 se fosse possível. Garden Court 0 estrelas, horrível!

2 day work trip. Managed to book double room as it was on offer. This hotel is normally out of my budget.

Room was compact but very nice.. modern decor in room and bathroom.

Excellent rain shower ????.

Room was rather warm but windows open and there was a fan if needed.

Included free breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30 but I never got to try.

Would definitely stay again if the offer come up.

Agréable et calme (sauf quand on est avec un car d'espagnol qui hurlent le matin)
Chambre de taille convenable avec des lits convenables
Salle de bain convenable
Très bien situé
Petit déjeuner limité pour les végétariens car on ne sait pas la composition de certain aliment, mais ma famille a bien manger

El hotel tiene pasillo muy estrecho para acceder a las habitaciones. Los baños son modestos pero limpios. La ducha no puede extraerse solo se puede usar colgada desde el techo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. La cama es amplia y cómoda. Esta muy bien comunicado.

La habitación es cómoda y el hotel es limpio, son cuartos pequeños pero suficiente espacio, la zona muy tranquila por lo que pudimos descansar sin problema, todo el personal muy atentos y amables, desayuno continental rico! :), lo único es que para moverte a los puntos más visitados si hay que tomar transporte el cual pasa a pocas cuadras, en la parada del metro hay muchos locales de comida, tienda y café, las vi muy tarde porque solo tomaba camiones. En ocasiones estábamos muy cansados en el centro de caminar y aún debíamos tomar transporte para regresar, pero fuera de eso muy bien el hotel y excelente atención :) . Nos permitieron resguardar el equipaje antes del check in , el aseo solo lo hacen si lo solicitas, lo cual está bien :) ????

100% excellent value for money and loved it! My elderly mother also loved it to. The hotel is tastefully done with some period features. I'd love to see MORE period features reinstated in line with the good modern taste and decor the hotel is in. Fabulous and quiet area with those beautiful gardens opposite. I want to stay there again.....soon (like mid Feb).

This hotel is ok by London standards. The location is very good. It is located within 5 minutes of two very different bus and tube lines, hence it offers great exploring possibilities. I didn't dare the breakfast nook (check out my review of the Sociale Café, 5 minutes away). The room was clean and practical. It overlooked the park, which was lovely, on a fairly quiet street. The staff was barely there and the elevator broken. No help was offered to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

Our room was pretty nice, though our upstairs neighbours were a bit more hearable than we wished. Altogether had a nice experience here. The staff was quite nice too.

Desaster ! No go in this Hotel. Rooms very small, lift no in work. Nothing professional. Go out choose another hotel.

Technically this hotel might not be bad but we experienced quite a few hiccups that made the stay rather unpleasant. We went on this trip with the in-laws, who aren't the fittest anymore. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken during our entire stay, which made it difficult for them to get up into their room. My partner had to carry his mom up the stairs on the second floor. Ourselves, we got a room up the 4th floor. The toilet in one of the rooms had quite nasty remains from the previous visitors which made us question the cleanliness of the hotel. And while the rooms looked clean visually, I have a dust allergy and was congested the entire stay. The water pressure of the shower was very light and felt like soft rain. However, the in-laws said their shower was fine. The breakfast was definitely super limited: toast, cheese, ham, yoghurt, marmalades, cereal. For vegans, there's soy milk bananas and apples. Most of the staff is nice, some staff members seemed miserable. We stayed in better accommodations in London for the same money or cheaper.
