Very bad experience ????????
Upon arriving at what I thought would be an affordable hostel for my first trip to London, my mood quickly soured. Despite booking a six-person dorm, the bed I was given was dirty and the charging sockets weren't working, leaving my phone dead and me unable to contact my family to let them know I arrived safely. When I tried to switch beds to charge my phone, I encountered a rude receptionist who failed to provide any helpful solutions and instead accused me of making noise. Fed up with the terrible attitude and environment, I left the hostel without seeking a refund. No one should have to endure such poor treatment and conditions, and I would give this hostel zero stars and never recommend it to anyone.:(

One of the worst hostels I have visited. Cleanliness is zero. Employees do not deserve to work in such a place, especially female employees. They don't speak well with customers and residents poorly. I don't want to rebook it and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Mixed Experience: Worth Considering
i stayed here for a couple of nights, and my experience was a mixed bag.
On the downside, my first morning was disrupted by the cleaner entering the room, which was unsettling. Later, I encountered some confusion about my bed assignment, with staff insisting I move to accommodate a later booking. After some back-and-forth, I was able to stay put, but the exchange left a sour taste.
However, after checking out, the hostel surprised me with an unexpected gesture of hospitality that was greatly appreciated and significantly improved my overall impression.
While my initial encounter was less than ideal, the kindness shown by the hostel staff afterward deserves recognition. The facilities were generally clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Despite the hiccups, I recommend it.

If you are thinking of having good night sleep then forget it it’s noisy as hell. It’s 11 pm and the pub below is noisy like anything. They should be charging 4-5 pounds per night by the service they offer
