Unsere Matratze war schon etwas durchgelegen, aber dennoch im Großen und Ganzen können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
The rooms are clean and the bed was super comfy. There is a lovely garden area too.
The staff couldn't have done any more than they did, super friendly and made our stay a joy.
We will definately return and can not reccomend highly enough.
Un hotel espectacular!
Muy bien ubicado, literalmente a 1 minuto andando de l estación de metro Earls Court que tiene muchas combinaciones.
La habitación siempre muy limpia. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaban adecuadamente.
El servicio estupendo!! Siempre atentos y muy amables; incluso nos prestaron un adaptador para el enchufe que se nos olvidara en casa.
Tienen servicio de bar 24 horas. Algo muy destacable ya que sentaba genial llegar a la noche y poder tomar un té bien caliente en el propio hotel.
La única pega/recomendación que le ponemos es que las ventanas son de madera y viejas y dejaban entrar mucho frio aunque es cierto que con las cortinas gordas que tenían y con el buen funcionamiento de la calefacción ya no se notaba.
Pero en el resumen un 10/10 si vas a visitar Londres.
What impressed me the most was i put in the special requests box that it was my last night in the UK with my girl and to do anything romantic if possible. They ended up putting rose pedals over the entire room and left a bottle of Rose Champagne for us
