Un restaurante auténtico y popular desde hace décadas. En el plato: pescados, aves y carnes de captura local, así como despojos, con suculentas patas y paquetes, por supuesto. Las especialidades son la bullabesa de dos platos, la paletilla de cordero al ajillo y la daube de Mauricette. En cuanto al postre, le encantará la mousse de chocolate en todas sus formas. La comida irá acompañada de unos vinos muy finos de la región, pero no sólo.

My daughter and I were going to share one and have dessert after, as we read so many posts about how big the portion size is. Unfortunately we were told by the older waiter that we have to order an entree as well as we cannot share just the bouillabaisse. We were hugely disappointed as we are not big eaters and wanted to enjoy some sweets after it. No where on the menu does it state you cannot share the bouillabaisse. I found this baffling and quite concerning at the upselling marketing ploy being used. The older waiter wasn’t pleasant, never smiled and unfortunately quite rude and abrupt. But the younger more upbeat wait staff were superb with excellent skills in communication, customer service and beautiful smiling faces. The younger wait staff are huge bonus to Chez Madie Les Galinettes as they know how to greet people, be polite, smile and just treat people kindly and respectfully.
We enjoyed the Burrata and the bouillabaisse and loved the full explanation of how to eat it. Thank you so much for an enjoyable evening. Please have the younger wait staff teach the older waiter to relax, smile and not be so uptight. He might even enjoy himself ????
