En la planta baja del Mercure Canebière-Vieux Port, esta elegante brasserie es un lugar donde turistas, viajeros y lugareños se reúnen para disfrutar de un momento de intensa gastronomía creada por el talentoso Noël Baudrand. El menú rinde homenaje al terruño de la región. Uno de los platos estrella del menú es el entrante de autor: el huevo ecológico con la tapenade original, recreada por el chef 143 años después de su creación por el Chef Meynier, aquí en el restaurante. Un tapenade diferente a todo lo que conocemos hoy en día. Es fino, delicioso desde el aperitivo hasta el postre.

C’est en room service à l’hôtel Mercure que j’ai pu profiter d’un excellent repas, des ingrédients locaux extrêmement bien préparés, une très belle présentation de l’assiette jusqu’à une explication en chambre par le serveur des assiettes.
J’ai très rarement rencontré un service aussi raffiné pour du room service à un coût très modéré.
Bravo aux équipes en cuisine comme au service

The pork belly dish was good, but not great.
The lamb burger, with haloumi and tzatziki is truly awful, and I suggested to the waiter that it should be removed from the menu. There is nothing French or classy about it. A plain burger roll, not toasted, not buttered, just soggy and tasteless.
Our dessert was very enjoyable, and the best part of the meal.
Also, the waiters were very helpful and friendly, so they helped to make it a nice evening.
