Very welcoming, attentive, and looking for opportunities to con customers!
We are a later 50"s English couple that went in the bar for an early drink.
We had two rounds of drinks and then paid by credit card.
After the payment was taken and I had received confirmation of payment on my phone, the two members of staff came over with their moblie phone saying that there was a problem with the payment.
The screen on their phone showed a €500 payment and was requesting my Email address.
I declined to enter any details, and they immediately backed off and didn't request any further information.
They had clearly realised that we were not going to be conned.
I wish that I had taken a photo of their phone screen but I didn't think quickly enough.
This was clearly an attempt to steal €500

Mention spéciale aux serveurs que ce soit la dame ou (surtout) le jeune homme, une pépite! Cuisine très simple cependant… moules au chorizo… portion importante ceci dit mais les rondelles de charcuterie ont dû être ajoutées en cours de route ni les moules ni le jus en avaient le goût, frites surgelées. L’irish était excellent ! Le cadre est sympa

Situated on the beach, the view was quite nice. There is both and inside and outside seating area. Service was smooth, food was fine.

Bien situé sur la plage, protégé de la mer par les cabanons qui gâchent un peu la vue.
C'est malgré tout très agréable de s'y poser pour siroter un cocktail.

Für Touristen lohnt es sich wirklich nur eingeschränkt.
Der Burger hat absolut nicht gut geschmeckt und die Pommes waren schlimm.
Die Preise sind ordentlich teuer.
Bedienung war super nett und das Ambiente gut. Alles sauber und ordentlich.

Première fois que je viens et la dernière fois aussi pu de sauce au poivre bien sûr ce n'est pas la raison que j'y mettrai pu les pieds mais si on est professionnel on prévoit la veille, je prend une bavette je demande comme cuisson saignante j'ai même pas eu à point j'ai eu bien cuit très généreux en salade concombre parcontre vu l'épaisseur de la bavette et le nombre de frites même dans un happy meal il y'en a plus c'était à tenté j'ai tenté PU JAMAIS

Nous avons simplement pris un verre. Le personnel est accueillant et la terrasse à l'ombre agréable. Les personnes qui y mangeaient, semblaient satisfaites.

Toujours un plaisir de venir et l'équipe s'adapte très bien à chaque personne.
Si par exemple on demande une autre chaise.
Le repas est toujours aussi bon et ne parlons pas de leurs cocktail. ????

Franchement c’était super. C’est pas le coup de fusil pour boire un coup ou manger, la cuisine est bonne. Le personnel est souriant et agréable, un arrêt obligatoire lors d’une journée à la plage

Hier kann man wunderbar drinnen und draußen sitzen. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Wir hatten jeweils eine Poke Bowl Veggie bestellt. Es war etwas anders, als wir es erwartet hatten. Kalt und ungewürzt. Dazu bekommt man Essig und Öl, um es selbst zu würzen.
Der Preis war, wie überall in den Restaurants hier in dieser Gegend, relativ hoch.
Aber ich war froh, überhaupt mal etwas Veganes zu finden.

Lovely friendly restaurant by Calais beach. They went out of their way to serve us in good time to still get back home on the Eurotunnel. They were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious!
