Such great hosts- so friendly and knowledgable. Got to taste 4 wines plus when we asked to taste the whisky that was incl too! Wines are fantastic we bought 7 bottles. Highly recommend.

A small, modern château with some great wines and a passion for natural organic wine making.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic, explaining the whole process from vine to cask. Their pristine, modern facilities were not write what you expect from the outside, but extremely interesting to see and have explained. The tour price also included a tasting of three wines from their different vineyards in the region, which were all most enjoyable. They also let us try a sample of the owner's whisky, which was aged in their own wine's casks.

This was a great find. Our tours by locals took us here and the selection of 4 wines which were good vintages. We ordered 6 bottles and were not disappointed. Great tour and teaching.

Jeudi 1 mai 2025, très belle découverte dans ce château familial ! Pour 35 euros, visite, dégustation et repas excellent avec du personnel chaleureux, ambiance conviviale. Je vous conseille vraiment de rencontrer ces passionnés ! On reviendra pour la visite dégustation de leur excellent vin, mais cette fois avec du chocolat ????

Nous avons passé un super moment au château Rol Valentin. En effet, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une visite du domaine ainsi qu’un atelier assemblage afin de créer nos propres vins. Une activité très sympathique, amusante. Nous avons passé un très bon moment encore merci.

Thanks Aurelie and the Rol Valentin team for hosting us and teaching us about the wine making process.

Special thanks to Alexandra, the owner, for spending some time with us and letting us be a part of the process. It is evident that she puts a lot of care and effort in the production but most importantly in building an enthusiastic and happy team.

I highly recommend to anyone visiting St Emilion to visit Rol Valentin to learn about the property and taste the various wines they offer. You must try the Tellus bottle!!

Joli cadre pour déjeuner, visite complète et dégustation variée.
Les Valentines sont le vin des copines.
Le vin de Castillon cuvée spéciale BBQ avec une étiquette de Jeanne d'Arc m'a beaucoup amusé (bûcher BBQ / Castillon dernière bataille de la Guerre de 100ans), c'est accrocheur !
Le classement 2022 du château est mérité de tous les efforts !

Nous avons fait une superbe visite dans le Château de Rol Valentin pour 15 euros nous avons eu une visite privée et une dégustation de cinq vins avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Le temps est pris pour répondre aux questions même les plus bateaux et nous permettre d’en apprendre beaucoup sur la fabrication du vin. Mention spéciale pour Djemila, notre guide, qui a su nous rappeler nos faux pas en tant que débutant sans jamais nous le faire sentir et avec un trait d’humour génial. Je vous recommande le Château Rol Valentin sans hésiter !! Bonne continuation à vous et merci pour votre accueil !
