I tested 6 GF croissant this week. This was the worse. Dripping butter, which you suck if you eat it warm, for the ridiculous amount of 9e. The inside outside was flanky but the inside was undercooked. Should be illegal, as it harms one’s health. A looser.

An amazing, buttery, flaky, gluten-free delight. I can't get anything like this in my area of the States. I took my items to Luxembourg Gardens and devoured them all!

If you’re cheap and don’t want to spend 9 euros on a croissant, don’t go.
If you don’t like butter don’t go.
If you’re going to go late to any pastry shop, well that’s just common sense.
I was diagnosed with celiac over 20 years ago, well before being “Gluten Free” was a thing.
I tried all the “popular” gluten free spots in Paris. This place has a very limited selection and cost 3x more than anybody else and I would still fly from NYC just to eat their croissant.
By the way, one of the 2.50 croissant from the “popular” place is also a fourth of the size and was totally dry.
Once again, if you don’t want to spend 9 euros for a heavily buttered gluten free croissant, don’t go.
My wife got the pizza, was not a big fan but that’s what she gets for ordering a gluten free pizza in Paris when we’re from NYC.

Il croissant burroso e morbido e croccante fuori. Eccezionale davvero! Non ha tavoli per sedersi ma il vero problema è il prezzo davvero caro..8.80 per un cornetto per quanto senza glutine e artigianale è un po esagerato..
