Une très belle suite familiale dans une magnifique maison bordelaise avec cuisine et salons partagés. On se sent comme à la maison! Décoration à la fois moderne et raffinée. Assez proche du centre ville à pied. Consignes claires pour récupérer les clés. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le concept. Je recommande vivement.

Très déçue par mon séjour. Ce n’est pas un hôtel, malgré ce qui est indiqué sur Booking. Il n’y a aucune réception, aucun personnel sur place, seulement un check-in automatique via une boîte à clés.

Pas de café dans les chambres, pas de service, et un grand escalier à monter, sans ascenseur ni aide pour les valises — ce point n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation.

Le plus surprenant : après notre départ, une personne nous interpelle depuis une fenêtre pour réclamer la taxe de séjour… alors qu’il n’y avait aucune présence humaine à l’arrivée.

Un vrai manque d’hospitalité. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Very nice house, good location, lovely common facilities on the ground floor, staff is friendly. We arrived early, could check in early, very accommodating. Everything is great, but the budget room was tiny, could barely open our suitcases

A very nice house with a family feeling, offering tasty breakfast at a large common table and a cosy common room for relaxation. Highly recommended for smaller groups of 8-10 people, to make it your own home for a few days.

Great, safe, quiet location, walkable to everything. Marie-Thérèse, the house manager, was very helpful before and during my stay. Comfy bed, bring your own shampoo and conditioner as the body wash/hair soap combo doesn't cut it. Three things made this hotel less than 5 stars: first, there was almost no water pressure in my room (Pantanal) making showering difficult. Second, there is no elevator in the hotel and no one helps with your luggage so climbing up the very steep and shallow-step spiral staircase was very challenging, bordering on dangerous. Lastly, you cannot open the windows to let fresh air in since that let's in bugs (no screens) and there wasn't any air conditioning which would have made the sunny days in April a lot more comfortable. Can't imagine what summer would be like!

Given the price, while the hotel is nicely renovated and in a great location, I'd probably stay elsewhere next time in Bordeaux.

Ein schönes, geschmackvolles Hotel. Sehr gutes, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück. Hübsches Zimmer( Mandalay), sehr gute Bettrn. Ruhig, aber zu Fuß schnell überall.|Parkhaus fußläufig.|Nette Gegend, viele kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Room (I was in Panacal) is spacious, quiet, and bed is very comfortable. The shower was terrible however as there is very little water pressure. Note there is no elevator and the stairs are very short, so climbing up with suitcases is both challenging and potentially dangerous. Marie-Therese was informative and welcoming. I did not pay for their breakfast so I can't comment on that. Hotel is in a great location, close to lots of cafés and restaurants.

Au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée c'est comme à la maison vous disposez d'une cuisine très bien équipée , grand salon toilettes.

Cette expérience de logement était vraiment exceptionnelle. Un service aux petits oignons, une maison magnifique, en plein cœur de Bordeaux. Je n'ai testé que la quitte Encre de Chine, mais c'était déjà super.
Encore merci à tout le personnel qui m'a informé et accueilli, qui a tout fait pour que mon séjour soit le plus plaisant possible.

Stayed in the Mandalay room. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room with a great bathroom and shower. Location is excellent, right near lots of beautiful sites and great places to eat in the heart of the city. Just an excellent place to spend a few nights in Bordeaux.

Très belles chambres, proche de nombreux restaurants, wifi fonctionne bien, bon petit déjeuner. Personne qui gère l'accueil très aimable et disponible. A noter pour une visite en famille ou un déplacement pour le travail (attention : pas de bureau pour travailler dans la chambre, ou du moins pas dans la mienne - possiblement il y en a dans les suites).

Buen hotel, con un muy buen servicio, muy limpio, bien ubicado y un personal muy amable. Cerca de todo pero en una calle tranquila. Un placer poder vivir unos momentos en una casa clásica de buen gusto.

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison ancienne, jolie chambre très confortable où je me suis sentie particulièrement bien. J'ai aimé le côté très libre (code et boîte à clef, pas d'accueil type hôtel) mais le lendemain matin, bien que ne prenant pas de petit déjeuner, j'ai été eu un contact très sympathique avec Thérèse. Je séjournerai à la maison Manège lors de mon prochain séjour c'est sûr !

Notre séjour à la Maison Manège était très agréable. Situé en plein coeur de Bordeaux, le lieu est particulièrement calme, accueillant et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, merci encore pour l'accueil.

We booked two bedrooms unit and it turned out we only can use one bedroom. The unit has no central heater. Our room has two bedrooms one room the heater was not working so we couldn’t use it for the whole stay. Our shower room is on the attic and there is not heater either. The first night when we took shower, the water turn to completely cold water. We couldn’t shower .
The management company is kind of slow, they said they are coming to fix the heater but they didn’t come after 2 days, when they came, they didn’t fix the problem. I told them the heater is running but not enough heat comes out. So we paid 2 rooms suite fee but only can use one room. The director of the management company promised me to refund money back to me. Now I didn’t get any message from them yet.
Please be aware there is no elevator in this hotel. There is curve stairs. It is very hard to carry your big luggage to upstairs. Not recommended this hotel at all. The management is very pool. Free coffee machine never worked.

Gorgeous house, beautiful decor, comfortable rooms and extremely clean. Welcome by a very nice lady and we were able to leave out bags there before the room was ready | Centrally located. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Bordeaux. Highly recommend ????

Un excellent hôtel qui mérite largement ses éloges ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Les espaces communs sont tout simplement parfaits, avec un accès à une cuisine bien équipée, ce qui est un vrai plus. Thé et café sont gracieusement mis à disposition, un détail rare et très apprécié. L’établissement allie élégance et confort, tout en offrant un rapport qualité-prix remarquable. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

nous avons adoré séjourner une première fois entre filles dans la suite encre de Chine pour un week end spa, shopping, bassin des lumières, restau, brunch. Idéalement situé, déco sublime, ambiance cocooning, chauffage au top, propreté irréprochable, literies et linge de lit, dignes des plus grands hôtels, nous n'avons manqué de rien, même le sèche cheveux était dans la salle de bain et des carafes d'eau sur les tables de chevet !! C'est donc tout naturellement que nous avons choisi de revenir cette année pour occuper toutes les chambres avec nos amis. Tout le monde s'est tellement bien senti entre ces murs, que nous ne sommes même pas sortis le samedi soir. Nous aimerions revenir désormais chaque année. Nous avons juste manqué d un bon tire bouchon et de petits verres à tequila c est pour dire comme la maison manège est bien équipée !

Muy buena ubicación cerca del centro. Elegante y espacioso, uno se siente como si fuera su casa. Se agradece poder preparar un café o una infusión en la cocina compartida. Lo único negativo que podría comentar es la hora máxima del check-out. Las 10h de la mañana resulta temprano estando de vacaciones.
