There service to bad and they are also very rude towards their clients. Due to some traffic issue in Dubai we are late for 2 min we insist them for wait 2 min but the can’t
Also even they said their is not his problem it our problem this type of service is not expect from this type of company totally money wastage we request them to initiate a refund but they denied very bad service

Dear visitors who have booked a boat tour there. Please do not be alarmed when you enter the reception of this company. The staff seems a bit demotivated and rude. Also the ambience of the interior does not look inviting. But as soon as you enter one of their yachts you will find very friendly and helpful staff on board. And delicious food :) one....two....three.....pose!

90min speed boat tour around the palm was well worth the money and was excellent for me and my boys taking in the sights clear from the sea highly recommend ????
