In brief:|The hosts 5*. A lovely lady and her son who were very welcoming. ||Location 5*. Situated by streams with large garden (mainly grass). Very quiet - no road noise. Easy ramble into town. We took the route described by the owner but it took a looong time! (About 30 mins ) Maybe we took a wrong turn.||Amenities 3*. Small outdoor pool which was like the Baltic, plenty of sun beds. NO BAR !|NO KETTLE! Quelle catastrophe! I’d read a review which said that room service could provide drinks but there is no mention of room service in the info provided in the room.||Rooms 3* Mixed feelings on this one. Room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated BUT separate loo had no hand basin and bathroom was tired. Shower was one of those that you have to run about in to get wet. Water pressure kept dropping and so it went from cold to hot and back again.|Hairdryer was one of those attached to wall with a flexible hose - it was pretty feeble.|There is a small fridge containing water/soft drinks which you can buy. This property is meant to be 4-5* and isnt cheap so I do feel that water which is ‘gratuit’ would be a nice touch. especially since there isn’t a bar!||The air con 5* plus ! Clearly new and top notch !||Suitability for kids 2*. Because of the streams young children would need to be supervisedin the garden. This hotel attracts lots of oldies who are there on repeat visits .||Food 5* Amazing breakfasts. Evening meals very good but vegetarianism comes at a cost. 28€ for an avocado salad entrée is a tad overpriced . Evening meal served on outdoor terrace which was so cold that we all had to sit in our coats !

Je n'ai pas trouvé ce lieu ni chez Gault et Millau ni dans la sélection Michelin peut être le covid et la perte du goût est l'explication
Si vous aimez la très bonne cuisine française précipitez vous le chef est septuagénaire

après un premier séjour enchanteur l'année passé nous avons retrouvé l accueil ,le charme ,la gentillesse ,les attentions toujours renouvelées de l'équipe familiale un séjour à ne pas rater absolument ( ne pas oublier bien sur le chef cuisinier et sa façon incomparable de travailler le poisson)
