I’ll keep it short for you all : Don’t bother. The food was nice enough, we ordered cakes and hot drinks, but the prices were absolutely outrageous.
The service is beyond terrible, the three waitresses were totally incapable, it took one of them 10 minutes to make a hot chocolate!! I waited 15 minutes to get served as it took so long to deal with the group of 3 in front of me, then they forgot part of my order. The layout of the store is terrible as the cakes are directly in front of the door and an aggressive bell rang every time we got near the entrance, which was the only way to look at the cakes!!
Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve seen three people so laughably incompetent at their job. There are plenty of nice places to get food and drink in Cluny, this isn’t one.
