El Bistrot du bord de l'eau es la contrapartida de la Hostellerie de Levernois, un establecimiento con estrellas de renombre recientemente adquirido por Séverine Pétilaire-Bellet, antigua socia propietaria de Airelles Val d'Isère Mademoiselle. Los huéspedes pueden sentarse en el cálido comedor o, en los días soleados, en la terraza a la sombra, a orillas del río Bouzaise; el servicio, dinámico y atento, es conducido suavemente por el vals de los camareros con delantal. No muy lejos de Beaune, los gourmets también pueden hacer una parada en el bellísimo hotel para disfrutar de las bodegas de los alrededores. ¡Una dirección de alto vuelo!

We stayed Hostellerie de Levernois to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Our entire experience from making our booking to planning all of our activities, meals, etc, to our arrival, and departure were amazing. Pablo and the entire staff deserve the utmost praise, they made this experience unforgettable for us helping to plan our winery visits during our stay, taxis and meals. The hotel itself is so romantic and cozy, all of the little touches put it over the top: printed custom itinerary, a note from the staff welcoming us, towels heated daily, nightly turn down, and everywhere you go you are greeted with a smile and feel like you're at home. We ate at both restaurants onsite and really enjoyed both experiences. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful in the dining room setting and my favorite was the fresh squeezed orange juice machine. It is set on a beautiful property and there is a small walking trail we took one afternoon. Additionally, they have chess sets and board games for guests to use. Location is not far from Beaune and the surrounding Burgundy wine region.

Mooi hotel rustig gelegen . heeft een mooi aangelegde tuin. veel parkeergelegenheid.spijtig dat er geen zwembad aanwezig is. kamers zijn in orde met bad en douche. Diner culinair en top bediening. plus punt autoruiten worden s morgens vroeg gewassen.

Nous sommes une famille de 3 personnes et avons eu le plaisir de séjourner à plusieurs reprises dans ce havre de paix.

Nos expériences ont toujours été enrichies, que ce soit dans le bâtiment principal historique ou dans l'annexe récemment ouverte, où la fusion entre tradition et modernité crée une atmosphère à la fois élégante et confortable.

Les deux restaurants de l'hôtel, dont l'un est étoilé Michelin, offrent une expérience culinaire raffinée et mémorable. La carte des vins est exceptionnelle.

Ce qui distingue vraiment l'Hostellerie de Levernois, c'est son engagement envers l'amélioration continue, ce qui est évident à chaque visite. La bienveillance et les attentions chaleureuses de l'équipe nous font sentir comme chez nous.

Nous sommes toujours impatients de revenir séjourner dans cet établissement exceptionnel.
