Well located pretty clean and safe parking lot, I did the booking and pay thru Expedia, they requested a 50 usd as deposit. Did not like that!

Bedspread had a stain on it which inspired me to look closely at the mattress cover which had many stains and the little black dots on the edges, probably from bed bugs. I noped out quick. Clerk was friendly and the linen and room were clean so the staff is doing their job but obviously the upper management is not.

This owner needs to sell this place or pay to have it overhauled and up the prices to rent to humans rather than insects. Bed bug stains all over the mattress, covered up deliberately by an extra fitted sheet/protector. We decided to stay elsewhere since I could no longer trust the cleanliness of another room here. Guy at front desk was helpful and apologetic, but assistant manager was accusatory on the phone the next day, saying we stayed for over 4hrs as seen on camera(untrue), and agreed to view it again but stood by her accusation. We were there for 30 minutes including the 10 minute check in at the desk, so she eventually saw that on cameras and approved my refund. I'd like to think it was an honest mistake when she saw cameras the first time, but her attitude was completely backwards after hearing about an unacceptable room condition.

Great for the price (for the room). Friendly staff when they are available. Twice I went to the front desk and no one was there. Bare essentials for breakfast.
