We loved the Alice in Wonderland afternoon tea! Great food and amazing service, we were taken care of by our waiter Blaise, who had a lot of kind attentions for us and our daughters, thanks again!
Great value compared to some other afternoon teas!

I recently stayed at the Sanderson Hotel in London and I must say, it was a truly unique and memorable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the hotel's modern and whimsical design, with a nod to the past. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a chic and stylish decor. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location in the heart of London is perfect for exploring the city's many attractions. And the amenities, such as the rooftop bar and the spa, were top-notch. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sanderson Hotel to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind hotel experience in London.

We have been fortunate enough to stay in some of the best hotels in the UK, so we have expectations wherever we visit... and The Sanderson did not disappoint. Despite a niggle I will mention later, I cannot fault our stay. The room was large as was the bathroom, and both were well-appointed. We had drinks in the Long Bar, where the service was flawless. Dinner in the restaurant was also amazing, with very generous portions. Breakfast was delicious, again with very generous portions and warm, friendly service. My only niggle are the communal dining tables - I really do not want to share my dining experience elbow-to-elbow with people I do not know... especially first thing in the morning over breakfast! I have no hesitation in giving The Sanderson five stars, with some of the finest service I have come across. Thank you - we cannot wait to return!

I have had an amazing experience with the afternoon high tea, here in Sandersons we are treated by Flavio. Very accurate and sensible person. Overall 10/10 for me.

Mi experiencia en lo que se refiere al personal en general muy mala, soy una persona que no sabe hablar inglés y aquí en este hotel no sabe nadie hablar español. En general en Reino Unido no Dan ninguna facilidad en los sitios de afluencia extranjera ( hoteles, aeropuertos....etc) , si no sabes hablar inglés no te Dan más opciones.

Encuentro que un hotel de estas características tendría que tener la opción tanto en personal como en menús, indicaciones etc en otro idioma.

Vengo de Mallorca donde es totalmente lo contrario, desde que aterrizas el visitante se siente en su casa en idioma y personal que hace su estancia más agradable.

We visited the hotel for The Mad Hatter's Afternoon Tea and had the most lovely experience. We specifically chose the Sanderson hotel since we had seen reviews that it offered one of the best Gluten Free teas in London, which was required for one of us, and also since they had a kids selection. The food exceeded expectations and was incredibly delicious. The tea was whimsical with colour changing drinks, a little potion, and a mix of savoury and sweet delights. The crockery was themed and there was also a small area where kids could dress up and take some photos. The staff were exceptional, friendly and welcoming with the kids and looked after us very well. I highly recommend this experience for a celebration or special afternoon out.

Flavio was amazing, very attentive and took care of everything my group needed. Was no pressure to finish the teas so tried nearly all the teas. Flavio gave great recommendations and his opinions were very helpful in selecting teas. Wonderful atmosphere.

Just left the Mad Hatters Tea Experience….. We had Flavio as our server. Let me just say. This experience was a once in a lifetime. The food was outstanding. We were a little unsure of what teas to order so he walked us through everything with suggestions and pairings. This is a must do when in London! I will definitely be back!

My mother and I visited for Mad Hatters afternoon tea, the food was delicious and the tea too. Normally I dont drink tea, but I absolutely fell In love with the «Very Berry»-tea. We recieved many different pasteries and sandwiches. The Cheshire Cat sandwich and the “Queen of hearts” cheesecake was really good! Our host Flavio was extremely helpful with the different tastes and explaining what pastries that went with the different tastes of tea.
