Situado a dos pasos de Portobello Road, dispone de habitaciones barrocas y rock'n'roll, así como de un gran salón de recepción, un restaurante y un bar abierto las 24 horas. Los clientes del hotel también tienen acceso a un spa, con hammam, sauna, bañera de hidromasaje y salón de masajes. Por último, el jardín escondido en la parte trasera es especialmente apreciable durante los días soleados.

The air conditioning in my room was broken, and the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius (57 degrees Fahrenheit). When I called the front desk, they said that they had sent a heater, but a small heater in a 193 ft²/18 m² room is ridiculous. When I requested a room changing, They said that the room was full, but it makes no sense to assign us a room with a broken heater in the first place.
I was also disappointed with the lack of apology from the front desk. My mother and I were in London for her birthday, and we had spent the past seven days staying at Marriott-branded hotels. We wanted to end our trip with a special night at The Portobello Hotel, which is the setting for the movie Notting Hill. We are very disappointed that we had to spend our last night in London freezing.
I paid £233.45 for one night at this hotel. For that price, I could have stayed at the Hilton London Paddington or paid more to stay at a Marriott-branded hotel.
I urge anyone considering a stay at this hotel to read my review and reconsider
