Our room was on the smaller side but neat and clean. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The location is in a nice neighborhood with local amenities.

Sono uscito dal Melita pensando che se tornerò a Londra tornerei qui volentieri! Per diversi aspetti questa struttura ci ha soddisfatto. Anzitutto la posizione centralissima, vicino la stazione metro Pimlico (1 fermata da Victoria), e comunque ben servita da bus/taxi. Zona residenziale tranquilla e confortevole, fuori dal "caos" cittadino ma comunque pratica per raggiungere facilmente moltissime mete principali.
Abbiamo poi apprezzato lo staff, squisitamente gentile e disponibile. C'era anche la possibilità di avere asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Non era prevista una vera e propria colazione ma ogni mattina è incluso un piccolo break con la possibilità di scegliere una bevanda calda (per gli italiani: il caffè era buono!) accompagnata a una piccola selezione di gustose brioscine. Inoltre in stanza c'era anche un bollitore!
Certo, la camera era piccolina e a noi ne è toccata una al 3o piano, non c'è ascensore e le scale sono un po' strette come segnalato da altri utenti, ma ci tengo a dire che nonostante le dimensioni la camera è funzionale e pulita, e ha anche il bagno in camera che è una vera comodità! (e non è affatto scontato). Infatti la mia recensione è più che positiva nonostante questi piccoli "scomfort", ma penso sia giusto segnalarlo per evitare commenti inutili di chi sa cosa aspettarsi ma poi magari lascia critiche negative...Abbiamo lasciato il cuore qui, speriamo di tornare presto!

Little and cozy hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is everything you might need, they are also very warm, which is always very appreciated after a long day out in London during winter months. The staff is really nice and helpful, there is also a small complimentary breakfast in the common area, along with really good espresso. Totally worth it. Would definitely return here.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, limpio y el trato del personal bueno. Te dan café y unos bollos de cortesía por la mañana en recepción. Pero el colchón de nuestra habitación estaba para tirarlo a la basura, se te clavaban los muelles. Valoro mucho el colchón en un hotel y me lleve una decepción grande.

Cold and humid beyond tolerable, basement room!! Plus noise. And cold shower!! Cannot remember much worst in the last decade.

Hotel znajduje się w super lokalizacji, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji, przystanku autobusowego i metra. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, rano możemy napić się kawy lub herbaty i zjeść świeże bułeczki. ????

Nice hotel, clean and from what I saw, well appointed and well looked after, shower was nice and hot with shampoo and shower gel dispensers conveniently placed, heated towel rail and enough space is good for this price range. Bed was comfy and even in the single room there was space to sit & work if needed.
Pimlico is very close to the centre of London, 10 mins walk to Westminster, close to Victoria Station for overground and tube.
Stumbling distance from the magnificent O Sole Mio Italian Restaurant as an added bonus.

L'albergo si trova nel quartiere di Pimlico, molto centrale e vicino c'è la fermata del bus 24 che porta a Westminster e a Trafalgar Square. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Ogni mattina erano disponibili dolci per la colazione e anche bevande. La stanza era ben strutturata e comoda, come anche il letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Tutto molto pulito e anche le pulizie quotidiane fatte bene. Il bagno ampio (per gli standard londinesi). Servizio wifi pratico e veloce. Tempi di check-in e check-out molto rapidi.

Super hôtel, vraiment un bon rapport qualité prix à l'échelle de Londres !
Personnel impeccable, gentils et serviables.
La chambre est cosy et chaleureuse, un petit bémol pour la wifi qui n'est pas super.
Petit-déjeuner gratuit le matin, quand on voit les prix Londoniens c'est franchement une bonne nouvelle :)
L'emplacement est top, à proximité du métro et pas loin de Big Ben par exemple, 17 minutes à pieds. Le quartier est super et calme.
J'y retournerai certainement.

Annie was amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The morning staff were always smiling, it was wonderful having tea and a selection of fresh baked croissants every morning before exploring the city. Rooms were cleaned every day. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough made my first visit to London memorable. Within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, beautiful quiet up market area.

Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bien situé entre station de métro et bus à moins de 5 mns. Un personnel hyper sympathique toujours présent et prêt à aider. Un petit déjeuner composé d'une boisson chaude et de 3 mini viennoiseries. Une chambre très propre avec ventilateur et un mini frigo. Une literie parfaite et un hôtel sur une rue moins passante donc peu de bruit.

Un albergo con 50 anni di storia, gestito da una famiglia italiana, con personale molto educato ed accogliente.
Le stanze sono forse un po' piccole e l'immobile (bellissimo e caratteristico) si sviluppa in altezza e non ha ascensore.
Però la posizione e l'accoglienza lo fanno promuovere a pieni voti.

Mały przytulny hotel. Trochę małe pokoje ale komfortowe. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje obsługa, która jest przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Śniadanie w stylu włoskim, kawa i crosanty.

Tolles, kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, mit vielen Bildern/Gemälden an den Wänden. Im fußläufiger Nähe befinden sich 2 UBahn Stationen. Auch der Hidepark ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber dennoch gemütlich. Insbesondere das Bett war sehr gut.
Für leichte Schläfer sei gesagt, dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind. Man kann Geräusche aus dem Flur und gedämpfte Geräusche aus den benachbarten Zimmern hören.
Die Gänge und die Treppen sind recht eng. Mit sehr viel und großem Gepäck könnte man seine Schwierigkeiten haben.
Am Morgen bietet das Hotel einen kleinen Frühstückssnack inklusive Kaffee/Tee und kleinem Gebäck an.

The rooms were small but they were clean and without any lack of comfort. Quality of the rooms were pretty nice for the price plus there is pastries in the morning. What's not to like ????
