Ein kleines und sauberes Hotel, das Zimmer und Bad ist zwar sehr klein aber das ist ja normal für London. Das Frühstück nicht englisch sondern europäisch, war ausreichend und gut. Nur der Filterkaffee nicht, aber das soll meinen positiven Eindruck vom Hotel nicht schmälern.

Janvier 2024, grosse déception globale pour cet hôtel dans lequel la nuitée était aussi chère que dans le Hilton que nous venions de quitter, mais les prestations bien en dessous (voir photos).
Tout d'abord la climatisation censée nous envoyer de l'air à 24° nous envoyait du froid, nous avions un chauffage d'appoint sur roulettes pour compenser, mais la fenêtre ne fermant pas hermétiquement nous prenions l'air gelé de l'extérieur ????, c'est vraiment très désagréable en plein mois de janvier.
Le lit était petit, 1m20 de large seulement, mais confortable.
La déco de la petite chambre mignonne, et le mini frigo très pratique.
La salle de douche était fonctionnelle mais il manquait du joint entre les carrelages, et une trace non nettoyée au sol ne faisait pas bon effet. Pas de chauffage d'appoint dans cette pièce ☹.
Le petit déjeuner ne comportait pas d'oeufs brouillés ou de haricots, quel dommage pour un hôtel Londonien, par contre la véranda dans lequel il est servi est très jolie.
Ce repas était servi jusque 9h30, le dernier matin à 9h45 nous avons été poussés dehors par une employée très désagréable qui devait nettoyer l'endroit.
Impossible de se faire entendre auprès des 2 employées d'accueil que nous avons vues sur ces 3 jours, tout est normal à leurs yeux, aucun geste commercial possible pour compenser l'inconfort de cette chambre frigo dans laquelle nous avons séjourné.
Par contre l'endroit est très bien placé, près du métro Earl's court, on trouve dans la rue adjacente un marks and spencers, de la restauration rapide (macdo, burger king, paul).

Quiero agradecer nuestra estadía en Henley House Hotel, estuvimos hace unos días, quedamos muy conformes, especialmente con la dueña (que creemos que es la portera nocturna) la cual olvidamos su nombre, me lo recordarían? Destacamos la limpieza, el desayuno completo, la vianda del último día y la tranquilidad. Saludos al gato, sin duda volveremos en otra oportunidad.

la chambre est microscopique, et je suis pas grand je fais que 1m71. mes pieds touchaient le bout du lit, pas pratique pour dormir. les murs sont épais comme du papier à cigarette : on entend tout, quand un voisin ouvre la porte on croit que c'est la sienne c'était horrible. la salle d'eau aussi, quand j'étais aux WC mon épaule touchait l'évier tellement c'était petit. Heureusement le petit déjeuner était offert. je vous déconseille cet hotel, ou alors vous êtes nain ou - d'1m60

Take a show at night otherwise no hot water. Water pressure in shower sucks.

Perfect location for London. Earls Court Tube just round the corner. Breakfast is continental but really good. Quiet location and very comfortable.

I really loved my time at the Henley House Hotel where I stayed for four nights in February 2023. It's a quaint, well-situated, clean, and wonderfully decorated property. Continental breakfast in the lovely sunroom was a wonderful way to start each day. I was celebrating my birthday on this trip, and the owner (I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name!) left a little cake, birthday card, and birthday banner in the room. It was such a sweet touch I'll never forget! As a first time visitor to London I found the location ideal and the team welcoming and helpful. If I get the chance to travel across the pond again, I will definitely stay at this charming hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Stayed here for a 10 night stay (twin room) and it was lovely and comfortable. Rooms were very modern, a little smaller than other lower quality locations I stayed at in the area but the quality of the rooms themselves definitely made up for it. Great location, the resident cat made us smile and breakfast was simple but fresh.
Also the only place I stayed in the UK that actually had a mini fridge (stayed in 15 hotels). Big bonus!
Only criticism, the shower had a window leading into the main room with these odd blinds enclosed in the glass, rather than a wall. Odd design choice, and if the bathroom light was on but the bedroom light off, the silhouette left very little to the imagination. Would not recommend if your staying with your dad or brother ????.

This was a lovely hotel. Great location and nice breakfast. The second day we had a leak in our bathroom from above . . . twice. They cleaned it up both times. My husband wiped a drop from the ceiling and was shocked. We told the front desk and asked to be moved. We were scared to take a shower because of this. They couldn't move us that night, but did the next to another room. We were told they would issue a credit to our charge card for the inconvenience. We never saw that credit. I wrote them, but no response. Thankfully Expedia (who couldn't get ahold of them either) took care of us with points on our account that we can use for future travel. Thanks Expedia!

Sehr sauberes, nettes Hotel in toller Lage (sehr nahe an der U-Bahn Station Earls Court). Zimmer eher klein aber sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht und gemütlich. Personal sehr freundlich.
