Amazing service and they make you feel a million pounds! Fortunately I have the choice of any hotel I want in London due to work! I recommend the Soho hotel everytime as this hotel is second to none and go the extra mile to make your stay first class! From food to the luxurious beds and pillows this hotel is second to none! Well done Soho Hotel! Bravo!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I've stayed in so many hotels in London, all of them expensive 5 star hotels and that are pretty average but very expensive so I didn’t have high expectations. I was staying with 2 small children and needed a good location post theatre. The Soho Hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It was wonderful. The room was fantastic and really spacious (and quiet!), the service was exceptional at all levels and I will definitely stay again. It felt like classic five star service that just doesn’t seem to be around anymore. Polite, helpful staff, nice touches like children’s dressing gowns and cookies and milk before bed, really clean rooms that are beautifully decorated, super comfy bed and sofa bed, fantastic breakfast (albeit we ordered in the room both days). I don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and for the first time in a long time, will look forward to going back here!
We had some family over the US and were essentially on a walking tour through Soho with a big group including two children. One the children needed the loo so we walked into the hotel as a group of 11 people. We were treated with the utmost of respect and given an area in the lounge to order drinks for our group. Everyone was very accommodating and efficient. It was a nice break from trekking about London
From the second we pulled up to the SOHO hotel we were spoiled with amazing customer service and an incredible getaway! Ewing made our stay extra special with his bright energy and inside scoop of the London hidden gems. Perfect location walking distance to Michelin & Michelin guide restaurants but tucked away enough to feel safe and quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was UNREAL. Tons of gluten free options!! Overall 12/10 stay. Thank you SOHO hotel and all the wonderful staff! We will be back :)
Gorgeous hotel with an impressive art collection. Staff were attentive and pleasant. We travelled with our 10 month old, and the room and restaurant were extremely accommodating. Can’t think of a negative! Looking forward to staying again.
Whenever I am in town I now always like to pop by the Soho Hotel for a pot of tea. The service is terrific which makes the experience worth the additional cost. The tea is served in the traditional way and also is high quality loose leaf tea. Recommended.
Excellent cocktails. Delicious sole meunière. Always my go to place in Soho when in the mood for something swish. Still looks as good as when it opened.
I've only been in the lounge for drinks and eaten two suppers at the Soho Hotel. The decor was so much fun with lots of colour, textures and patterns. And they had original prints and other works of art throughout the lounge and lobby. It was a delight for the eyes and I loved just being there. Very relaxed and a nice range of drinks on the menu. Our two suppers were delicious. A nice range of food options on the menu with some really tasty food fusions. The service was exemplary. Our niece cannot eat onions or garlic and our server made every effort to accommodate her dietary restrictions. Great location in Soho. One day I'd love to stay in this Hotel, even for one night just so I can revel in the artistry of the rooms.
Bed was high from the floor and big and cosy.
I loved the decor, it’s very colourful and vintage.
Loved the cinema seats really trendy.
