We stayed here for a quick three night trip to London and were so pleased with our stay! We were immediately greeted upon entering and offered a free upgrade in rooms. The room was gorgeously designed, clean and cozy and have everything and more we needed for our time in London. We absolutely would recommend the Henrietta to anyone looking for a centrally located beautiful spot to stay in Covent Garden!
My new favorite hotel in London. The rooms are a bit on the tiny side but very comfortable.Towels are plush, bed is comfy, ample amenities —with proper blowdryer!!! and despite being centrally located—night noise surprisingly not a big issue.
Service is great and the restaurant downstairs have very good cocktails.
The most lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The bed and linens are simple but luxurious and the bathroom was even nicer with a huge, deep, and long soaking tub.
The staff are wonderful, making you feel like you are their most important guest. I got extremely sick with Strep while on business and the front desk attendants brought me hot salt water, tea, and the number of a local doctor. It truly meant the world to me.
Beautiful small hotel with a luxurious feel in a perfect location. The hotel, bar and restaurant staff are wonderful. It’s run beautifully. Attention to detail runs throughout from the decor to little touches and of course the attitude of all of the staff. It’s a wonderful little world to be a part of for your stay.
When you start to think that the only redeeming features are the shower pressure and the full English breakfast, you realise you really are scraping the barrel. The location is excellent - the room was basic, the double bed was two singles pushed together, it’s too small to fit anything else in so it isn’t justified: the lady on reception couldn’t find our key and appeared half asleep, it had that mortal sin hotels seem to be fond of in having a Nespresso machine - and for an 18 room hotel that proudly displays a ‘top 50 boutique hotels in London’ badge one expects something, well, boutiquey. It wasn’t.
The young guy working the door/bar on both Friday and Saturday was the rudest hospitality worker I’ve ever met. I barely had finished asking for a table when he rudely spoke over that there was no tables and closed the door on me and my friends. Don’t bother giving this property any business as the Instagram attention has gone to their head!
Hôtel très agréable. Accueil exceptionnel de Clémentine! Elle est adorable , naturelle et professionnelle!
Chambre très confortable et sa salle de bains est spatieuse.
Une mention particulière pour la literie! Le lit : un vrai nuage!
Extremely Rude Staff.
Please avoid walk-ins to “Miracle” pop up unless you like being treated poorly:
Me and my friends walked-in henrietta hotel, we were promised update on the table within 5 mins for Miracle bar. After 30 min of waiting, a tall dark shoulder-length hair women impatiently approached us and told us abruptly (no greeting, no explanation): “you can go upstairs for 20 min only and leave”, we were baffled and answered: “20 min is too short”, the women just impatiently turned around and walked away (again no explanation), while leaving she loudly told another male employee: “tell them they need to wait another 30 min or leave”.
We are so disappointed. Why were we treated this way? Do you think you can explain to the employee above that talking to customers this way is not acceptable?
Drinks were ridiculously expensive and did not taste good at all. Took so so long to get service. Sticky picnic mats on the table. Would not recommend miracle at Henrietta.
Came to see the Christmas bar on the first floor... We saw it on a tik tok and was a perfect afternoon to enjoy cocktails with my special man... Staff were really helpful and considering I hadn't booked ahead the lady organising was really helpful and after a very short wait managed to get us seated ???? it was a magical afternoon
Was overcharged for two small cups of mulled wine that we had to wait 15 minutes for. The mulled wine was then so hot and overpowering it was undrinkable. Seriously £30 for two cups? Talk about ripping tourists off. Avoid!
my husband and i chose this hotel for a weeklong stay in london and it was such a great choice! the hotel itself is stylish and beautiful, and our room was so cozy. i will say that the price is reflective of its location, so the room itself was quite small but still pretty pricey. that said, it was beautifully appointed and the bed is perhaps the most comfortable hotel bed i can recall sleeping on.
lots of lovely little touches like the evening turndown service with snacks. we especially loved the in-room radio set to "smooth chill," and we've been streaming it at home all the way in new york ever since we returned home. housekeeping was fantastic, too. we had breakfast and drinks at the hotel bar, and both were wonderful and the staff was fabulous.
the location is ideal for sightseeing and the market just steps away was so nice. what a charming neighborhood! our room faced the street so we did hear quite a bit of noise during the day, but it was quiet enough at night to not disturb our sleep.
also, pro tip if you arrive late or find yourself in need of a late-night nosh: we couldn't find a single kitchen open around 11pm on our arrival night, and the staff later told us that we could've ordered delivery to the room, so we did skip dinner unintentionally. not a knock on this hotel at all, just worth noting for other visitors to the area who might not be aware.
i hope to return again someday!
Very noisy. Staff are almost always absent. Was waiting in the reception for 30 min just to able to check out. Whenever I called them no one was answering the phone. Nice hotel design but really bad service and location is very noisy
This was the most expensive hotel of our stay in London and by far the least welcoming, and accommodating.
The room was comfortable and cute, but not worth the price compared to the experiences we were able to get elsewhere in London.
This is nitpicking, but it didn’t feel like their hospitality was special or stood out. We attempted to check-in two hours early, and they only allowed us to drop our bags off—which was fine, but they never called to say the room was available as they mentioned in they would. We then showed up an hour after the check-in time, and they still weren’t sure the room was available. Little things, like only having enough coffee for one night without needing to ask for more, and having a note in the room made out to the prior guest, not us — just made the experience feel not particularly nice. Wouldn’t stay here again. The area was also quite touristy which I hadn’t realized upon booking, and that’s my bad, but also added to it just not being a great stay for the price.

Enfin, la literie est fantastique.
Nous reviendrons, c’est absolument certain !
Service is great and the restaurant downstairs have very good cocktails.
AC heating is loud during night

Thank you!
The full English was excellent mind you.
