A wonderful one night stopover in a Queen Suite.

Second time staying in a Sonder property and just as impressed as the last (Amsterdam).

Lovely breakfast options, friendly check-in/check-out, great in-room facilities (kitchen, fridge, sofa, dressing room, double sink, coffee machine, Aircon)

We stored our luggage on departure and were even refunded the late checkout charge we'd prepaid when we no longer needed it.

Just the right level of friendly serving and letting you enjoy your stay. A firm Sonder fan here ????????

Walkable, quiet location and area, spacious room, excellent breakfast and lounge area, all things good! Will be back!

Another 5 star sonder stay. We stayed in a spacious king room that had a sitting area as well. Lovely windows onto a pretty street and a very satisfying breakfast each morning. The staff was available and helpful when and if we needed them.

Fijn hotel met rustige kamer, gelegen in een prachtige wijk op korte loopafstand van het metrostation South Kensington.
Goed en mooi ingerichte kamer, moderne afwerking en alle voorzieningen. Kamer was erg schoon.
Ontbijt prima, wel relatief veel zoet aanbod.

Nous avons passé 3 nuit ms dans cet hôtel, la chambre est grande, propre et lumineuse. Les petits déjeuner sont bons et copieux. Personnel pro et sympathique.
Quartier calme, station de métro la plus proche est à 5 min de marche.

The room was impeccable. Non carpeted floors like I always prefer. Clean and well maintained. Bed was really comfortable as well. Neighbourhood was really nice and quiet. Walking distance to South Kensington station.
The only inconvenience for me was the check in process. There was no 24/7 reception. I arrived to an empty front desk, had to make a phone call for someone. And when someone showed up, she couldn't even help me with check in. I had to do it on an app. I can understand these "smart" features can be convenient to some, e.g. self check in. However, it would be most helpful if they could also help in person, especially if I were to recommend my elderly friends or families to stay with them.

Hôtel dans un super quartier très résidentiel. La proximité du bus et du métro le rende "à portée de tout".
Equipe super souriante et accueillante.
Chambre propre et basique ( pas de ménage durant le séjour sauf avec supplément). Décoration agréable.
Petit déjeuner sans surprise (viennoiseries, pain, cake, gâteau)... beurre et crème cheese, 2 sortes de confiture, jus de fruit frais, Nespresso, Thé (of course). La partie salée est très (trop) pauvre. 1 charcuterie et 1 fromage.

Schönes Hotel in ruhigerer Gegend aber nur wenige Minuten von U-Bahn Station entfernt ????
Gutes Frühstück (in der Auswahl ein wenig beschränkt aber qualitativ sehr hochwertig).

Vinimos la habitación grande en un fi de. Tamaño bien. Baño muy mal. Puerta completamente al aire de la habitación y nada de intimidad. A pesar de haberlo pedido no nos hicieron la habitación. El hotel no se corresponde con las fotos. Muy bien ubicado pero no justifica para nada su precio. Desayuno muy corriente (no tienen licencia de cocina). Desde luego si vuelvo a Lo Dres NO FEPETIRIA. Un saludo

Clean modern rooms and bathroom in great location and reasonable price.

We’d kindly like to thank Vanessa Boso at Sonder, who received our complaint and managed it sincerely, promptly and with professionalism! I will leave our original testimonial below unaltered as we indeed had the experience we had, however I’d like to highlight and it should be mentioned that Sonder gave us a full refund for our stay after our contact with Vanessa. We received the refund within a week and did not experience any problems during this process.

Warning! Do not book this hotel as it is indeed a scam. Hugely disappointed in our stay and will request a refund/heavily discounted price. Sonder Chelsea Green markets itself as a 4 star hotel, unfortunately it is indeed not. Not even close. The location is great and sure, from the outside it looks great.

On the inside? Well. Dirty bathrooms, mold (!) in the bathtube, broken windows as well as in our case, also a broken bathroom door. Not to be forgotten: the door is also transparent so there is no privacy whatsoever when using the bathroom.

The whole hotel also seems to be operated by extremly young staff (teenagers?) and there’s no adult management to be seen anywhere.

On our first day, we complained in the reception about the dirty bathroom, the broken door as well as the broken window (which also happen to face the street outside) and the staff told us they would look into it. However, this did not happen.
The breakfast mostly consisted of white sugar, an Espresso machine that seemed to cause all guest problems and poorly planned logistics and questionable hygiene routines in the area.

We were quite astonished by the overall lack of professionalism. You certainly do not expect the staff to turn up to work at ”a 4 star hotel” dressed in sweatpants, looking like they just got out of bed themselves. Neither do you expect staff to start their day at work by queing among the guests to the coffee machine…

Unfortunately, that is exactly the case here. On our second day when we arrived at breakfast, we were told it was running a bit late today. We then watched the staff start the breakfast preparations which should have been done at least an hour before breakfast opening hours.

Meanwhile, we sat at a table surrounded by someone’s garbage from yesterday which apparently had not been taken care of. Yet again, you do not expect your breakfast to be accompanied by someone’s shoelaces and plastic forks (sic) when you think you have booked a four star hotel.

We are deeply disappointed in our stay and cannot recommend this establishment for anyone.

We stayed for a week and had no issues. Short walk to tube and buses. Breakfast was also lovely. Would absolutely stay again!

one of the best choices anyone could make in London for a stay! the location is excellent next to the metro, with shops around for coffee, breakfast and food! 15-20 minutes by foot from Harrods! the people who work there was kindness and the breakfast was excellent the room was big and quite modern! I would choose it again

Loved staying here, Chelsea is a beautiful part of London but it can be a little walk to get to the tube. Would definitely stay here again though. Very easy, clean and nice.

Location is accessible to the highlights of the trip, room is nice, room size is good enough in a london area.. breakfast is great, but if you could add some cereal, eggs and fruit as well.

The staff was excellent, providing the best customer service. The rooms were immaculate, and the location was amazing. The breakfast exceeded expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it as the perfect place in London

Excellent. Was honestly surprised at this hotel choice. Rooms were spacious and very clean and the hotel location is excellent. On top of all this, you don't have to lift a finger to check in at the reception, as they have an option where you complete check-in requirements before your stay. They send you a code for your room and main door of the hotel, and you can come straight in on your first day without even having to see the reception.

La ubicación es preciosa ya que se encuentra en Chelsea (uno de los barrios más lindos y tranquilos de Londres) y está muy cerca de varias estaciones de subte que te conectan con todos los puntos de la ciudad. La habitación es muy linda y cómoda pero tiene una caldera que hace mucho ruido y puede ser muy molesto por momentos. El personal es muy amable y bien predispuesto. El desayuno es rico y tiene variedad pero me resulta increíble que no repongan mercadería durante el horario del desayuno. Si llegas en el medio del servicio, literalmente ya no hay casi nada. Deberían revisar esto ya que uno pagó por un desayuno y debería respetarse eso hasta el fin del horario como corresponde.
