Hotel cercano a la estación con habitaciones con aire acondicionado y ventanas de doble acristalamiento, terraza con bonitas vistas en la azotea
Este pequeño establecimiento, con ascensor, ocupa la misma planta que el Hotel Annabella. Amuebladas sin pretensiones, las 12 habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado y TV. Algunas tienen baño privado. Todas las ventanas de las habitaciones son de doble acristalamiento y, por tanto, muy silenciosas, lo que no está mal teniendo en cuenta la proximidad de la estación. Una terraza en la azotea con vistas panorámicas al Duomo está disponible para un momento de relax o para tomar una copa: ¡una gran ventaja! Una dirección ideal para aquellos con un presupuesto ajustado.

It was a totally different room. It was an old style one, and the one we had booked was a new style room totally renovated. Then I got back to the receptionist and asked about what had happened and she told me that there was a problem with our room and they had to move us to another one. Also to mention that this room was on a different hotel from the one I had booked. I booked HOTEL BIJOU and they sent us to HOTEL ANNABELLA.
The problem is that I wasn’t informed for the change of the rooms earlier that day or upon my arrival but after paying for the full amount at a point that I couldn’t do anything to change it. They told me that they were gonna change our rooms for the second night and move us to the one we booked. Also they offered to make us a discount on the checkout for all the inconvenience caused but at the check out I asked the receptionist for the discount and she told me that she WASN’T INFORMED from her colleagues. So I asked her to call them and find out but she seemed not so willing to assist telling me that she was not a supervisor.
Also want to add as comment on this situation that the room they put us in was right next to the reception and the noises from outside was extremely annoying!
It is perfectly situated, I liked the room, the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, there was much more than cornetto and coffee :-)
I liked the helpful staff, the old style elevator really stole my heart.
The terrace on the room is great!
