Hotel posizione ottimale le camere ben fatte e con tutti gli accessori, servizii colazione ben fornita.
Attenzione per il cane, accettano i cani ma quando sono arrivato la dicevano che il cane in struttura non può restare da solo in camere, abbiamo avuto una bella discussione sul questo fatto che non mi avevano avvisato di questa cosa,{ovviamente non prenotavo} e per questo motivo che avevo chiesto di pulire la camera in un orario da concordare quando il mio peloso non c'era non mi hanno accontentato e sono stato ben 3 giorni senza essere pulita la camera
Come si fa a non rimanere il cane in struttura se dobbiamo andare a vedere tutti i siti di Firenze?

It was a totally different room. It was an old style one, and the one we had booked was a new style room totally renovated. Then I got back to the receptionist and asked about what had happened and she told me that there was a problem with our room and they had to move us to another one. Also to mention that this room was on a different hotel from the one I had booked. I booked HOTEL BIJOU and they sent us to HOTEL ANNABELLA.
The problem is that I wasn’t informed for the change of the rooms earlier that day or upon my arrival but after paying for the full amount at a point that I couldn’t do anything to change it. They told me that they were gonna change our rooms for the second night and move us to the one we booked. Also they offered to make us a discount on the checkout for all the inconvenience caused but at the check out I asked the receptionist for the discount and she told me that she WASN’T INFORMED from her colleagues. So I asked her to call them and find out but she seemed not so willing to assist telling me that she was not a supervisor.
Also want to add as comment on this situation that the room they put us in was right next to the reception and the noises from outside was extremely annoying!
It is perfectly situated, I liked the room, the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, there was much more than cornetto and coffee :-)
I liked the helpful staff, the old style elevator really stole my heart.
The terrace on the room is great!
Seppur una stanza nuova con ancora con lo scotch ancora alle finestre ed i muri con il cemento ancora da spatolare ( sempre in bagno ) .
Non esiste un poggia valige né un poggia oggetti in bagno .
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ma questo non basta per lenire tutto il resto.
