Séjour de quatre nuits en mai 2024.
Tout est bien dans cet établissement : emplacement, calme et verdure, staff très aimable et serviable, jardin aux multiples terrasses et recoins, navette pour le centre historique, sauf le niveau de confort des chambres et des salles de bain : la taille des chambres est acceptable, mais pas de double porte sur le couloir, un seul fauteuil pour deux, ni papier ni crayon pour écrire, pas de mouchoirs en papier ni de glace double face (grossissante) dans la salle d'eau, pas de sdb avec baignoire, pas de peignoirs, seulement deux porte serviettes trop petits .
Pour 450 € la nuit, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. Le guide mentionne "à partir de 150€ la nuit". J'ai essayé de faire une réservation à différentes périodes de l'année à venir sur le site de l'hôtel : je n'ai pas trouvé à moins de 250€ pour une chambre double. Et le prix payé pour ma chambre semble être le même pour toutes (maison principale ou annexe).

Das Hotel befindet sich außerhalb des Stadtkerns auf einem Berg mit viel Natur. Fußläufig ist die Stadt dennoch gut erreichbar (etwa 25 Minuten). Der Rückweg (bergauf) ist etwas anspruchsvoller, aber durchaus machbar. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt! Besonders der angrenzende Garten ist mit viel Liebe angelegt worden und lädt zum Spazieren und Entspannen ein. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Mit Voranmeldung gab es sogar vegane und sehr viele glutenfreie Optionen! Die Villa ist super süß, man hat das Gefühl, in einem Rosamunde-Pilcher-Film gelandet zu sein. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Amazing Hotel and service.

Exceptionnel tant au niveau des lieux, du panorama que des services : Sara vous accueille avec sourire et gentillesse, Vanessa prépare des spritz d'anthologie, le restaurant est très bon et l'on peut manger face aux paysages toscan, une navette vous emmène près du centre historique de Florence et vient vous rechercher, et le parking est protégé et gratuit. Nous y reviendrons.

I would absolutely never stay anywhere else. This place is incredible. From the service, the views, to the room, the location. It has it all. And the meal we had from the chef was the best meal we had the entire 8 days we were in Italy… and we are a lot of good food.

Auténtico sueño toscano. Nos alojamos 7 días de marzo en este lugar bucólico rodeado de naturaleza en las colinas de Florencia. El sitio no puede ser más bonito, con un jardín impresionante, bien cuidado, con piezas de terracota, en una parcela llena de cipreses centenarios rodeados de olivos. Incluso en invierno es hermoso, con una atmósfera romántica que invita a desconectar. La tranquilidad está garantizada. Pasear al amanecer y escuchar el canto de los pájaros es todo un lujo.

Nuestra habitación, la 305, estaba en un anexo y tenía una pequeña terraza. La distribución era un poco extraña, pero no le damos importancia al ser un edifico antiguo. Podría resultar más funcional, especialmente los muebles, pero nos pareció muy cómoda y limpia. Lo mejor del hotel son las zonas comunes.

Un bufet de desayuno impresionante, preciosas salas palaciegas y un bar donde tomar unos buenísimos negroni al acabar el día. En el restaurante La Duquesa solo cenamos la primera noche y estaba delicioso. Para ir y venir a la ciudad hay un útil servicio de navetta gratis que baja hasta Puerta San Miniato y te hará ahorrar muchos trayectos de taxi. Si viajas en coche el hotel tiene un parking muy amplio a la entrada con punto de carga eléctrico.

Todo el staff es maravilloso, muy educado y atento. Felicidades a todo el equipo, especialmente a Sarah en la recepción, por su ayuda en un perfecto español. Todos contribuyeron a que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta, un sueño hecho realidad. Esperamos volver pronto y, mientras tanto, recomendar este hotel a todo el mundo que planee su viaje a Florencia.

odlično mjesto za odmorit,doručak predivan

Abbiamo passato il weekend presso Villa Agape e ci torneremo volentieri! Il posto, una antica villa, è immerso in un parco meraviglioso a 10 minuti di macchina da Firenze. Offrono un servizio navetta gratuito veloce ed efficiente. Il personale cordiale e accogliente merita una menzione speciale Vanessa, che , stando io molto male e nonostante avessimo già fatto il check out , mi ha dedicato una sala, portandomi il necessario con molta cura e dolcezza affinché mi riprendessi.
Super approvato sotto tutti gli aspetti

Un havre de paix. Les jardins sont exceptionnels.
Le personnel est adorable. Ils ont eu une attention tres délicate le jour de mon anniversaire.

Beautiful place If you want to enjoy Firenze's view, the place is absolutely quiet and with gregarious gardens.
Maybe is not near of downtown but the hotel provides a small van to arrive faster to downtown with out pay anything.

Rooms are very pretty and clean.

Hotel in una villa con palazzo antico molto bello. Unica pecca, ho preso una grappa la sera ma il prezzo è stato esagerato, 12 euro mi sembrano un po' esagerati

The hotel is very very nice has a gorgeous garden with very old trees and with century olive trees. It is extremely clean and it has rooms with views over Firenze. It is the very close to the city but also very quiet. The personnel is extremely nice. They have a very good restaurant with an incredible vast choice of wines and cheese, the quality of the food is excellent! regarding the rooms be aware of the fact that you can get a nice dépendance with separate entrance but no view over the city. It is actually with the view over wall but if you’re not interested in the view it’s a good choice because however you get to stay in a very nice hotel at a cheaper price also be aware of the fact that they do host a lot of events, therefore if you stay in the main hotel you might get lot of noise enjoy your staying in Firenze from NICOLETA

Il personale è davvero gentile e cordiale, il servizio navetta molto comodo e subito reperibile ci ha permesso di spostarci con meno fatica dall'albergo al centro città. La camera molto pulita, la governante molto gentile ed educata la camera pulita e profumata. Un bel posto, dove godersi ogni minuto della giornata.

Genuine, kind and very helpful staff. We arrived just in time to see the sun setting from our window overlooking the beautiful garden, took a stroll and then had a delicious dinner in the restaurant before bed. Treat your loved one by staying here, it is very romantic ????

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Villa Agape. The rooms are well appointed, the food is excellent, and the staff truly understands hospitality. We stayed over Christmas, and the Christmas dinner was an incredible experience. Of all the places we stayed while in Italy, Villa Agape is the one we talk about the most. We can't wait to come back!

Camera e bagno puliti, con tutti i confort, temperatura ottimale. Abbiamo preso la camera 'superior' con bellissima vista panoramica sui giardini, tutti percorribbile a piedi. Letto ampio e comodo. Super colazione con prodotti di qualitá e varietà dal salato al dolce, cameriere molto gentili e attenti al servizio. Per cena abbiamo degustato un ottimo tagliere, con prodotti tipici e una bistecca alla fiorentina con carne tenerissima. Insomma soluzione ideale per rilassarsi, in tranquillitá e stare in mezzo alla natura. La villa dista qualche km dal centro ma offre il servizio navetta gratuito. Consigliatissimo!!
