Bellissimo riad situato nel cuore della Medina, a soli 10 minuti dalla Plaza de Yamaa el Fna. Il personale è estremamente gentile, come tutti i marocchini che abbiamo incontrato, e la colazione è tipica e abbondante, servita al tavolo. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, in uno stile tipico. È una scelta sicura se state cercando un riad per un'esperienza autentica.

Sono stato in vacanza recentemente. Ottima posizione, personale serio e accogliente. Ringrazio ancora Lahcen, uno dei ragazzi dello staff, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile in ogni momento e per ogni esigenza. Mi dispiace solo non aver trovato una camera così come descritta nella prenotazione e, cioè piccola, e il bagno era sprovvisto di vasca a differenza di quanto indicato.

I've booked with them and then they told me on the day that there was not the room available anymore. So they tried to cancel my reservation saying my card data were not correct, which wasn't true.

At least they had the décence of not letting me go there and arrive without a room, just because they tried an unorthodox solution, trying to say my data card were not correct. They did it at midnight when I was sleeping and so in the morning, so I uploaded my credit card data again lol and then they called me on WhatsApp (if you don't update your data they'll cancel your reservation automatically within a certain amount of time so win for them).

More or less a nice story, they have been sort of kind though.

Je le recommande sans hésiter 1 sec .

Un Riad exceptionnel ! Le personnel est adorable, je remercie particulièrement Jamal pour tous ses conseils sur Marrakech et son accueil chaleureux avec du thé à la menthe. La formule hammam + massage est bon marché et fait un bien fou. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux (le jus d'orange frais fait tout la différence) et la chambre est sublime. Merci encore !

We felt very well taken care of at this Riad, the hosts were extremely friendly and thoughtful. Our room was great, we felt that everything was very authentic (from the perspective of a tourist ;) ).

The location is perfect with easy access to everything the medina has to offer. The riad itself is beautiful and our room is very comfortable. This is a guest house, not a hotel, and they treat you like family, not like a customer, which my wife and I absolutely love. To me, that is what makes Riad Dama exceptional. The staff are all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful, especially Jamal. He texted me before we even left Colorado, and has been an incredibly gracious host. I cannot recommend Riad Dama and Jamal enough. It has been an absolutely magical experience so far, and I am happy we still have a few days left.

The Riad is close by the jema lfna.Not in the best neighbourhood. Jamal and Chipo were kind. Our first night was horrible though. The room furnitures are bad and the main bed was horrible. The bathroom had no privacy. After complaining a curtain was hanged around the bathtub and the bed was slightly fixed. Breakfast was below average, we grabbed breakfast outside. On booking this Riad was rated 9.2, compared to other Riads this is more a 6.5. To make matters worse, the Riad claimed on Booking that we never checked in to avoid bad review. Very dissapointing.

Riad fantástico en la Medina de Marrakech. Jamal y el resto del personal son superamables y te facilitan lo máximo posible tu estancia allí.
Desayuno variado y muy rico. Habitaciones adecuadas para un Riad, limpias y cómodas. Nos imprimieron sin ningún problema las tarjetas de embarque. Recomiendo coger con ellos el transporte desde y hasta el aeropuerto. Volveré a Marrakech y repetiré en el Riad Dama.

LAMENTABLE! Dos amigas y yo nos alojamos en este Riad durante 3 dias. Todo iba bien hasta que nos desaparecieron 100€ de una cartera que permaneció SIEMPRE dentro de una mochila en el Riad. La última noche habiamos salido a cenar cerrando con llave la habitación (el recepcionista nos pidió un taxi y sabía perfectamente que ibamos a tardar en volver) y al día siguiente al coger la cartera no estaba el dinero. Lo peor no es el dinero, ni la cantidad, sino acabar un viaje con esa frustración y esa mala energía porque te han robado. Explicamos lo que pasaba al mismo recepcionista y este no mostró ninguna emoción y su actitud cambió con respecto a los dos dias anteriores. Cuando llego el encargado lo hablamos con él y en un principio nos dijo de llamar a la policía , pero luego al hablar con el compañero nos decía que no, que fuéramos nosotras que estaba cerca, confirmando un poco más nuestras sospechas…En fin una malísima experiencia en este Riad.

Such a wonderful week spent at riad dama. The hosts Jamal and Chipo were always there to help with any advice and recommended the best locations. We had the most relaxing massage on the final day and wished it would never end, thanks to Melaka and Hamsa! Can’t wait to come back!

Hemos pasado 5 días en la Riad y hemos estado encantadas, sobre todo por la atención recibida por parte de Jamal y Mohamed, dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Lugar muy limpio, bonito, desayuno correcto y bien ubicado cerca de todo. Volveremos! Almu y Maribel.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce riad, il est très bien situé par rapport au centre de Marrakech et surtout nous nous sommes sentis vraiment très bien accueillis par Djamal et Chipo. Avec toute leur équipe, ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous , toujours soucieux que nos journées se passent bien ????
Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux, toujours variés et faits maison. Nous avons aussi eu l’occasion de manger au Riad un soir et nous nous sommes régalés !
Merci beaucoup pour votre gentillesse, nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement votre Établissement :)

Merci à tout le personnel pour ce séjour magnifique, c'est un riad plein de charme que nous avons découvert.
Djamal et chipo sont des personnes adorables à votre écoute et pleins de bons conseils pour vous faire connaître Marrakech.
Un Havre de paix juste à côté de la Médina, n'hésitez plus c'est le Riad de Marrakech.

Riad stupendo, posizione ottima! In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva facilmente a Jamaa al fna. Riad tranquillo pulito e rilassante. Camere grandi e comode, tutto l’arredamento é curato nei minimi dettagli. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Tutto il personale e di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica!
