Pontos positivos:
.Longe do agito da medina e próximo ao shopping Carre Eden, lanchonetes, restaurantes, mercados e parques.
.Café da manhã muito bom.
.Atendimento cordial do staff da recepção e do restaurante.
.Ótima vedação das portas da varanda, item super importante nas noites do Ramadã.
.Ducha forte e bem quentinha.
Pontos negativos:
.Destaco somente um ponto negativo que é a limpeza. Apesar de sempre chegarmos e encontrarmos o quarto arrumado, faltou uma faxina bem feita entre um hóspede e outro. Não conseguimos curtir a varanda porque estava repleta de sujeira de pombos, os tapetes estavam tão encardidos que não tínhamos coragem de pisar sem chinelos, o mesmo quanto ao box do banheiro.
No último dia tinha uma barata morta no chão do restaurante.
Conclusão:
Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa e amamos o hotel. Voltaríamos com certeza, mas fica a dica para observarem mais atentamente a higiene dos ambientes. Fotos do quarto n°606.

Zdecydowanie mogę polecić ten hotel. Atrakcyjna lokalizacja w centrum Marrakeszu, w pobliżu dużo restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów. Bardzo przyjazna i dobrze nastawiona obsługa. Pokoje duże, czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Większość pokoi posiada balkon lub taras. Największą atrakcją hotelu jest basen znajdujący się na dachu. Cena jak na warunki europejskie - przystępna.

Très bel hôtel piscine sur le rooftop très agréable. L’emplacement est idéal. L’accueil et le service est très bien surtout la femme de la réception est très gentille et serviable. Ils sont arrangeants.

Hôtel au top et très bien situé, entre la ville nouvelle et le quartier ancien, on peux tout faire à pied.Personnel très aimable et disponible. Chambres très propres et petit déjeuner copieux.Les tarifs proposés par le restaurant sont très compétitifs, du coup on y a mangé presque tous les soirs. Bref une très bonne adresse et on reviendra!

Hôtel et personnel extraordinaires. C'était super bien je tiens a remercier toute l'équipe que ce soit la standardiste qui était super sympa avec qui on a bien parlé, le personnel du petit déjeuner super gentil les garçon le petit déjeuner luxueux et très bon et bien servi les chambres très propre tous les jours le ménage tout le monde est à l'écoute et ma fille était super contente pour sa première fois au Maroc. Merci à vous tous hôtel Ibn batouta. Ils se trouvent au coeur de Gueliz tout est a proximité on peut même aller à la place jemaa lefna a pied 20 minutes ou en calèche ou en taxi mais à pieds c'est mieux on visite mieux. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Hôtel au top!!! Chambre supérieure spacieuse avec balcon. Le personnel est très agréable , toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. La piscine sur le toit est superbe avec une vue époustouflante sur Marrakech . Tout l’hôtel est très propre et très bien situé dans un endroit calme et sécurisé, entouré de cafés et de restaurants. Vivement que je revienne à Marrakech pour y re séjourner !!

Une adresse fantastique, un p’tit dej délicieux, du personnel au top, un rooftop exceptionnel, une propreté digne d un palace. Bravo????????

Hotell asub rahulikumas piirkonnas, lähedal on piisavalt söögikohti. Kahjuks anti meile imeväike tuba, mis oli tõeline pettumus. Voodi oli õnneks suur ja mugav ning tuba soe ja puhas. Vannituba oli nii tilluke, et dušinurka sisenemiseks pidi tõsist vaeva nägema. Ilma liialdamata, ka minusugusel saledal inimesel. Üks dušigeeli pudelitest oli täiesti tühi ja teine hoidikus tagurpidi, alles hiljem märkasin seda kui olin imestanud miks midagi välja ei tule. Rätikud olid üsna vanad ja kulunud. Midagi oli seal vannitoas valesti, sest duši all olles voolas vesi vannitoa ukse alt esikusse.
Kuna vaade oli sisehoovi, siis välismüra sisse ei kostunud. Tubade vaheline heliisolatsioon on kahjuks kehv. Kuulsime kuidas meie kõrvaltuppa tuli väikse lapsega pere ja kuidas nad seal kõik üksteise peale karjusid. Nojah, ega naabreid valida ei saa.
Hommikusöök oli väga maitsev ja hea valikuga. Kogu hotelli töötajad vastutulelikud ja sõbralikud.

Great hotel in perfect central, safe location. Close to many restaurants, cafes and shops and very near the Medina. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. Such a great value! Will stay again :)

The location is quite ok, in the new part of Marrakesh, you can visit almost everything by walking.
Breakfast was average but the staff very nice and polite.
The room was incredible small, the door fom the balcony could no be closed, the sound from the closest minaret was walking us up every morning, the AC was not working in the room and we were freezing during the night, no wifi in the room and the biggest problem was that some money (some coins) were missing from the pockets of the jacket. The hotel manager was not available when we wanted to discuss these things so we decided to leave 2 days earlier than was planned.
Breakfast was average but the staff very nice and polite.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet hôtel, tout était parfait. La responsable ainsi que tout le personnel de l’hôtel étaient dotés d’une énorme gentillesse et très à l’écoute. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuné au top et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal !!

Stayed at the hotel from 26th for 5 nights. Had a lovely time. The staff in the kitchen provided excellent service and there was a wide variety of choices. Special thanks to Abdulhamid, Hamza, Tahena, Hajat, and all the other staff (sorry don’t remember all the names)who were so helpful and made my stay enjoyable.
The hotel didn’t have tea making facilities but they provided the kettle when I requested for one.
Some suggestions for the management maybe provide tea making facilities and iron and iron board facilities to make this place even better.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would come back.

I booked my trip in 2019 and because of pandemic couldn’t come and the hotel was always very understanding (and patient) and always postpone until now that I managed to came, besides of this I’ve meet incredible staff always smiling and very helpful! Thank you very much

My stay in this hotel is remembered very nicely. The room was close to the elevators, so at times it was a bit noisy, but bearable. The breakfast was the best I had the opportunity to eat in Morocco. So was the dish I ordered for myself later on the terrace located on the roof of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and on the day of departure I was able to relax by the hotel's pool, so I had a great last day of my stay. Good value for money! Highly recommended!
