Séjour exceptionnel au Radisson Blu de Marrakech !
Nous revenons de 3 nuits au sein de cet établissement et que dire de l'expérience que nous avons eu.
La chambre était aussi belle que spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins rendant le séjour magique. La situation géographique en plein coeur de Marrakech permet de tout faire à pied. The place to be !
Un grand merci au Radisson et à son équipe formidable, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Fui a mediados de semana por viaje de ocio. La localización muy buena, las habitaciones impecables con terraza, cama cómoda, mucha limpieza, con secador de pelo cafetera, mini nevera, caja fuerte, TV de buen tamaño etc La piscina muy bonita, pero me parece algo pequeña para el complejo. Hay toallas de piscina que te dan directamente en la zona de piscina. Tenía media pensión, pero el menú me pareció muy repetitivo. El desayuno muy bien. Mención especial al servicio que nos brindo la camarera Bouchra bouriqi. Muy amable y profesional. El gimnasio muy completo,.como que cuenta hasta con un cuadrilátero y saco de boxeo

地點不錯，周邊很熱鬧，可以到處逛逛。餐點還不錯食物選擇多，房間兩小床的房型，床很小是傳統單人床，而且兩小床沒分開。浴室部分除了洗澡水會滲出之外，水壓跟熱度都不錯。

Verbesserungsideen:
Der Toaster im Frühstücksraum macht ein fürchterliches Geräusch und dominiert den gesamten Frühstücksraum. Toaster austauschen wäre eine gute Idee.
Mehr Handtücher am Pool, da diese jeden Tag temporär nicht Verfügbar waren.
Von den Zimmern auf der Rückseite ist es ein sehr weiter Weg zum Ausgang bzw. zum Pool. Ein zweite Treppe um direkt zum Pool bzw. Innenhof zu kommen wäre gut.
Die Minibar im Zimmer kühlt nur sehr gering.

Tidy, Cozy and confortable rooms. The hotel is located in the new area of Marrakech, 2 km from koutoubia. A lot of services, gym and swimming pool.

As a Radisson VIP member, I have stayed in many Radissons across the world. This one is superb. First class service, especially from Marouane Nifaoui. Excellent rooms, lovely terrace and outside area around the pool. For sure I will return. Excellent experience.

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell. Bra läge i staden. En härlig innegård med stor pool med tillhörande restaurang. Service på högsta nivå på alla avdelningar. Vi åt en härlig middag på innegården vår ankomst kväll som smakade mycket bra. Frukostbuffén hade allt och lite till. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

We went there for a drink only in a rainy day!!! Staff were very helpful. When requested then for the WiFi password, they gave it as we didn't have a local SIM. The pool looked really great. Thank you so much for helping us out& the drinks were great

Magnifique séjour, comme toujours à vrai dire.
Accueil personnalisé de Amina et Marwan en arriva, jolie chambre disponible rapidement et quelle gentillesse de tout le personnel.
Un des rares hôtel avec piscine extérieure. chauffée. SPA top avec prix qui ne sont pas exagéré, j'ai fait 3 massages.
Petit déjeuner copieux.

Le personnel est extrêmement souriant et sympathique.
Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix.
L'hôtel est plaisant, mais la décoration de la chambre est vraiment décevante : aucun style oriental, aucune influence du Maghreb. On aurait presque l'impression d'être dans une chambre d'une ville européenne.
Sinon un seul ascenseur du niveau zéro pour accéder aux chambres c’est beaucoup trop peu.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Marrakech Carre Eden and were thoroughly impressed! The hotel is modern and spacious, with a beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of cold and hot dishes to choose from. The selection was impressive, with everything from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order omelets and traditional Moroccan specialties.
Our room was also modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a nice selection of toiletries.
But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was professional and courteous.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Marrakech Carre Eden. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Marrakech. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

雖然是五星級飯店，但是房間比商務旅館大不了多少，在市中心，但是不是很好的區域，附近有購物中心，但是沒什麼好逛，不是很好買的點2024/2/11-13住兩晚

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel suite à un surbooking a l’aéroport

Le personnel moyen ils ne nous pas vraiment aider à récupérer le voucher de l’aéroport malgré qu’ils ont l’habitude de travailler avec. L’emplacement moyen est bruyant sur rue.

Service was abysmal, there were two trainees on duty who did not appear to have any support or guidance. We had to constantly ask for service or menus or to be acknowledged. We ordered food and only the starters arrived (late). After this the staff all seemed to disappear and no main course after over an hour. On deciding to pay, we were charged for the main course and had to request it being removed from the bill (which was). Apparently there were known problems in the kitchen but disappointing that no steps had been taken to address this. We weren’t the only ones as another family was queuing to raise their complaints.
Toilets were not very clean either, odd smell in the ladies, taps didn’t work. Without a doubt, the worst experience at a Radisson or any hotel I have been to. I was just pleased that I wasn’t staying there.
