Excellent riad I must say which is very authentic and in the heart of Marrakesh. The staff are amazing and became like family. They honestly made my stay feel like home and welcomed us with open arms and love. Thank you so much as I met lovely people which I will to stay connected to. I would definitely recommend if in doubt. Thank you and I will come again. B xo

Really good place to stay in Marrakech. Perfect location and very kind staff. Also it is cheap.

El servicio de 10, las personas super amables. Y la ubicación excelente.
Sin embargo, echamos en falta que hicieran la habitación cada día. La higiene del baño y las sábanas se podría mejorar.

Por 350 dirhams (35€) tienes una habitación con baño bien cutre, que ni siquiera habían limpiado. El propietario tiene el hotel muy descuidado. Un auténtico desastre. Pasamos solo una noche y nos fuimos al día siguiente al hotel saleme(18€), a la misma distancia de la plaza Jdema el fna y muchisimo mejor tamto el trato como la habitación.

És un hotel preciós, i tots els que s'hi allotgen se senten còmodes per la naturalesa de la seva construcció i decoració, a més del bon comportament dels seus empleats, espero tenir l'oportunitat de tornar-hi a allotjar-s'hi.

A great place to stay just a stones throw from the centre..... Much better than being in the actual centre if you ask me.

L'hôtel est très très bien situé, au coeur de la médina, à 1 minute à pieds de la place principale (on ne peut pas mieux faire). Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. L'hôtel en lui même est beau et calme (malgré son emplacement). J'y retournerai dès que je reviendrai à Marrakech. Je recommande vivement !

Chambre spacieuse mais lits très inconfortables. Matelas très durs. Cheveux dans les draps et sol sale.
Très bien situé et relativement silencieux.

Une note en dessous de 5 serait injustifiée.
Le personnel est très à l’écoute, disponible et trouve solution à tout problème. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans cet établissement calme malgré qu’il soit en plein coeur de la Medina. Nous le recommandons et reviendrons très prochainement.

Unfortunately I did not have a good stay in this accommodation. It's very noisy, the doors and windows aren't insulated so you get all the street noise through and that's a lot during the night! The room was not cleaned prior to my arrival or if so only very poorly. The sheets had not been washed and smelled like the last guest, the bathroom was dirty. The WiFi only works in reception and there was no WiFi in my room. The air conditioner, which can also heat, was not serviced and therefore very loud. The bed is very, very hard, even by Moroccan standards. The man at reception was friendly, but the boss didn't want to talk to me about the circumstances and a possible cancellation of the remaining nights.

Hot water wasn’t working. The bed and pillow extremely unpleasant. You can listen absolutely everything going on, people shouting in the middle of the night, etc.
But it’s cheap and well located. You get what you pay.

Nos colocaba bien a un Riad lejos de la plaza Ej Jafna y en el paseo caímos en este hotel. Un turista Francés salía y nos ha dice que había cada vez que venía a Marrackech. En miniatura que sorpresa para nosotros, cómo este hotel ya no se te conocida nada más. Tenemos más abre desde las fotos que adjuntamos con este aviso. Si habíamos conocido este hotel antes nosotros no nos no aislaría en este Riad que habíamos loue más caro, muy mal situado en la Medina y un propietario no muy agradable. Mientras que allí la acogida es muy jovial. A nuestra estancia en Marrakech iremos en este hotel de eso esto estamos en.
