Le meilleur Hôtel de Marrakech !!!!

This hotel is beautiful. Very chic and luxurious. Located in La palmeraie area. We went for the Ramadan 2024 ftour buffet dinner at le verger restaurant outside. It was fabulous. The location is beautiful with flowers cascading. Gardens are beautiful. The food quality is excellent. everything is fresh and delicious . They do the bbq on demand. The price was 650 mad. Opening hour was 18:30. 2 musicians were playing for a perfect atmosphere. We went to the four seasons hotel ftour the night before at Quattro restaurant and we preferred our evening at the palais ronsard. The staff can do a little better on the friendly score. But food and location is perfection.

Le palais ronsard est un lieu chic et élégant qui marie avec beaucoup de goût un mélange des cultures marocaine et française . Un joli
écrin au cœur de la palmeraie. Une équipe au petit soin, disponible, souriante et gentille. Une mention particulière à la directrice toujours attentionnée, présente auprès de ses équipes et de ses clients et à Anthony souriant, avenant et qui a à cœur de faire plaisir aux clients . Une table sans faute du petit déjeuner au dîner .

Nous sommes allés découvrir ce lieu magique pour un déjeuner au restaurant « Le Verger ». Cadre bucolique et champêtre dans une ambiance intimiste. La qualité des plats est à la hauteur du caractère exceptionnel de ce lieu unique. Merci à Yassin/Ibrahim pour le service décontracté, souriant et professionnel. Un grand merci également à Anthony, manager très agréable et professionnel, pour la visite du lieu au cadre époustouflant, à taille humaine et à la décoration de haute qualité et particulièrement soignée. A découvrir absolument et…la prochaine fois en ce qui nous concerne…pour y dormir !!!

Venue pour un déjeuner, rencontre enchanteresse et hors du temps avec anthony , sa discrétion , son professionnalisme, son implication m ont fait découvrir un lieu magique et féerique….. y retournerai je ???? Mille fois oui …… pour une nuit et plus encore . Merci encore pour ce merveilleux voyage .

Superbe journée passée au palais Ronsard. Lieu splendide dans un cadre paisible. Un grand merci à Anthony pour son accueil ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe pour cette journée relaxante.

Il est d usage d écrire des commentaires après le départ : nous sommes encore ici et nous voulons que chaque employé de cet hôtel sublime, sache notre contentement sur la qualité du service : en chambre , en cuisine a la piscine ou au spa.. ici même les arbres et les fleurs du jardin se sentent bien .. tout est vert tout est beau .

Stayed here a few weeks ago and wow the hotel is truly breathtaking. We had a suite and it was possibly one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The gardens and pool area are also beautiful and immaculate. The staff are lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, we both felt that the quality and choice of food was very very average. The pool food menu is pretty limited. For breakfast you either got a continental or a Moroccan option but things like eggs Benedict were charged extra - don’t think that should be the case given the cost of stay. The prices of the food and drinks were astronomical but none of it really had much of a flavour. Even the stunning evening bar - for a hotel of such opulence and given the cost of the drinks, little complimentary touches like some nuts or olives to go with your drinks order would have been appreciated but again isn’t the case. It’s a shame really as otherwise we would come back again for the surroundings and the beautiful rooms.

J’ai eu la chance inouïe de vivre une parenthèse enchantée offerte par mon amoureux.
Cet hôtel est sublime… je ne saurais rien écrire de plus tellement la magie du lieu est indescriptible.
Une pensée émue et un énorme merci à tout le personnel. Accueil, service, jardin, bar… tout le monde est souriant, aux petits soins et s’attelle à rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
Mention spéciale pour l’architecture et la décoration, savant mélange art déco, marocain, Méditerranéen.
La Dame, notre pavillon, est probablement le plus beau lieu qu’il m’est été donné de voir.

Hôtel intimiste situé dans le quartier de la palmeraie, loin du tumulte de la ville (20/25 minutes en voiture de la médina).
Palais récent mais qui a une véritable âme et des airs de contes des milles et une nuit.
Si vous aimez les hôtels à taille humaine qui vous font vous sentir comme chez vous, avec en plus un service incroyable et un charme que les plus grands resorts ne pourront égaler, foncez!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel, Palais Ronsard in Marrakech, and I feel compelled to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding experience I had, especially during an unexpected period of illness over Christmas.

From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff, particularly Oumaima in concierge, left an indelible impression. Oumaima went above and beyond, orchestrating every detail of my stay, from airport transfers to organising enchanting activities like hot air balloon rides and a fantastic guided tour of Marrakech. Her genuine kindness and efficiency were unparalleled, turning my concerns about transportation into a seamless and worry-free experience. She is not just exceptional at her job; she is the heartbeat of Palais Ronsard's hospitality.

During my illness, the care extended by the team was nothing short of remarkable. Fatima in the spa provided soothing eucalyptus for my pillow and tissues, offering relief during my head cold. Salim from reception went the extra mile by communicating my condition to Chef Alexandre Thomas, who crafted a beautifully nutritious vegetable soup not found on the menu, a thoughtful and comforting gesture that I very much appreciated.

I must also commend Dounia, Meryem, and Zinedine for their continuous attentiveness, ensuring my well-being whenever Oumaima was unavailable. Whether by the pool or in my room, their gestures, such as delivering honey and lemon, showcased a level of care that surpassed my expectations.

Yassine and Yassime, responsible for breakfast and poolside service, were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Not only did they cater to my needs, but they also surprised me with a personalised touch – a Baileys coffee, a delightful nod to the Irish festive season and a testament to your staff's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction and making guests feel at home.

Evenings at Palais Ronsard were made magical by the impeccable turn-down service. Jalil's assistance in lighting the fire in my room created a cozy ambiance, especially appreciated during my moments of discomfort. Zine-Eddine's swift and friendly room service made evenings effortless and enjoyable leaving you to completely relax in the surroundings of my stunning suite.

Chef Alexandre Thomas's culinary artistry in the evenings deserves special mention. The inspired fusion of traditional Moroccan cuisine, Mediterranean specialties, and flavors from distant lands created a dining experience beyond compare. Each dish was a masterpiece, a testament to Chef Thomas's dedication to showcasing the best of nature and the seasons. The dining experience at Palais Ronsard is a celebration of taste and a journey through diverse culinary landscapes and even though I had gone out to dinner several times during my stay, my dinners in the hotel were some of my favourite meals.

In essence, the exceptional service provided by the team at Palais Ronsard transformed what could have been an uncomfortable stay into a truly memorable one. The attention to detail, personalised care, and unwavering dedication to guest well-being made Palais Ronsard feel like a home away from home. It never felt forced or disingenuous, just always sincere and an obvious desire to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous world-class establishments, I can confidently say that Palais Ronsard has surpassed them all, leaving an indelible mark on my heart.
