Seulement un fauteuil confortable dans la chambre et des chaises aucunement confortable .

Nous avons adoré l’hôtel et son environnement. Cependant, il n'y avait pas une ixième clé pour la chambre et nous n'avons pas trouvé un "pad d'écriture pour écrire n'y de l'info sur l’hôtel.

We enjoyed our stay but found parking tight. Understandable though because of the location. Love the coffee machine. Yummy! Check in and out was very smooth and the staff was exceptional.

Excellent sejour. Très bel établissement, bien situé. Très bon service, personnel courtois et avenant.
Au déjeuner, j'aurais aimé avoir plus d'élément "santé/léger". Toutefois, j'ai apprécié la fraicheur des aliments (croissants, feves au lard maison).

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel - location, helpful, pleasant staff, the coffee and wine machines in the lobby, the rooms and the beds. The breakfast croissants, pastry and coffee and fruit were delicious but the ‘egg’ muffins tasted awful and the hashbrowns tasted like cardboard. I thought I could manage to eat them but after the second day I could not force myself to eat them again. My only request is to change them up with something else on occasion, or replace them with something else.

J’ai eu un petit doute en arrivant sur place. Les photos sur le site ne sont pas récentes. Donc, le décor est un peu vieillot. Cependant, la propreté est impeccable. Le Bar à café et vin est appréciable . Les services est courtois et l’hotel est bien situé. Super bon petit déjeuner.

My son left his ski jacket and pants at the hotel. He was headed to Val Saint Come to attend the Canadian Championships a few days later!! The front desk staff were so helpful and arranged for his gear to be couriered to him in VSC. They saved the day for him. MERCI!
