Visiting your beautiful city with a friend. We were most comfortable and happy at this hotel. Staff is friendly, warm and efficient. Atmosphere was very homey. Wonderful location. Maybe next time we will have some blue sky. Thank you for a wonderful stay !! Have a good holiday season.......

La chambre n’était pas très propre. Nous y avons trouvé des mouchoirs en papier utilisé dans un tiroir d’une des commode de lit et des cheveux dans la baignoire et de la poussière sur certain meubles.

Loved this hotel! Booked on hotel website w free breakfasts included. We looked forward to the breakfast each morning! Can’t understand any negative reviews. So much selection...boiled eggs (use a timer!) heavenly croissants, asstd fresh cut fruit, delicious jams, cheese, butter, cream cheese, bagels, toast, pork pate, (pull out the refrigerated drawer under the counter!) maple baked beans, apple bread pudding, creamy jogurt, waffles, hot ham cheese sandwich machine. We went down to eat around 7:55 each morning. No crowds!! Busier at 8:30 as we finished. The staff at front desk were ultra helpful and welcoming. They stored our luggage for us in a locked room on our last day since we didn’t fly out until afternoon. Also called the taxi for us. Our lovely room w fireplace was quite large, w view of Frontenac! Bathroom very roomy w large shower. We were usually gone from room between 10 am and 4:30 pm, it was always meticulously cleaned during that time. Elevator quiet and clean. Walked down the stairs sometimes too, always clean. Location perfect for us, on much less busy street in between two popular areas to walk to within minutes, Not one complaint from my husband and me. We can’t wait to return! We loved our stay there!

We felt very comfortable and had a homey feeling. We will certainly stay here again if we ever get back to Quebec. The people are friendly and very helpful.

I stayed 2 nights at your hotel. My room was very large, especially after coming off of a 12-day cruise. I was sharing the room with a friend and we had plenty of room. The food in the breakfast room was excellent, especially the croissants! The front desk staff was very helpful at check-in, giving us excellent restaurant suggestions, and making our taxi reservations the night before check-in. Your location is perfect, we found our way without any problem to the tourism office, shopping, & restaurants. It was easy to find everything we were looking for and it made our stay the highlight of our trip! The only negative I have is with the bathroom. There was no place to hang up towels and the sink, although beautiful, isn't very useful. No matter what I did I ended splashing water everywhere. I really enjoyed staying here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were happy we had a room on the street side of the building because we enjoyed the view. It was very quiet and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wine bar.

We loved our stay and would recommend and would stay again. Suggestions for room: cabinets with fridge was kind of falling apart, not high quality. Would have enjoyed: ESPECIALLY bathroom shelving, ie an area in bathroom where we could place toiletries, enough functional dresser drawers for at least 2 of us, more closet space

Rooms were clean but had a mild stale odour. I think it may be more to the age of the building.
Still very happy with the stay .
Very central to the whole of old Quebec.

Very confusing when we arrived. No signs or information where to park to check in. Extremely tight parking spaces.

Un hôtel très calme et joli, bien entretenu et idéalement bien placé.
Le petit déjeuner était simple mais très agréable. Belle idée pour les gaufres. Et les croissants sont excellents.
Notre chambre était située côté rue et pourtant, le calme était là.
Lors de la première journée après le ménage, nos serviettes n'ont pas été changées et nos coupons pour le petit déjeuner ont été froissés comme s'ils avaient été mis à la poubelle puis reposés sur la table. Mais la chambre était très propre.
Nous reviendrons très certainement l'an prochain :)
