Great visit. From the moment you arrive at reception all the staff are excellent very informative and friendly. The rooms are excellent and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back. Derek and Jackie McNally.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind dem Motto des Hotels entsprechend gestaltet, groß und gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half bei jeder Frage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich gut und hatte eine rießige Auswahl. Die Lage war auch sehr gut und gleich in der Nähe befand sich eine Metro.

Tivemos uma excelente estada no hotel Maxime, ainda que muito curta. O staff é bem simpático para padrões geralmente inflexíveis de Lisboa, com uma receptiva muito atenciosa. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito limpo e aconchegante. A localização entre Av. Liberdade e Cidade Alta vale muito à pena. Saber que é um hotel gay friendly também fez sentido em nossa escolha, representando o lado mais vibrante de uma cidade que pretende se tornar global e hospitaleira. Muito boa experiência.

Very unique hotel , absolutely loved it! It’s a different vibe , so cool.
The staff was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and professional, food was great and also great location.

Nous sommes venus en famille (réservé 2 chambres) tout était parfait : la déco, la literie, le personnel (discret mais très compétent) le lieu (calme et près de tout), le petit-déjeuner (pour bien commencer la journée et pour tous les goûts) merci à vous tous, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Uniquely decorated rooms. I just loved them. Good quality soaps, shower gel, body lotion etc. Few minutes from the Avenida metro stop of the blue line. Our room had a lovely view of a square. Very clean as well. If I would ever visit Lisbon I would stay in this hotel.

Perfectísimo todo. 3 noches hemos estado y las habitaciones geniales. Muy limpias y cuidadas. El desayuno genial, un buffet muy completo.

This place is at the heart of Lisbon's high street. Suerb location with cabaret themed rooms. Its an unique and fulfiling experience. The service is excellent and timely, they know how to take care of their patrons.
Also the breakfast downstrairs in very sumptous and if you're eating in their resturant downstairs please check out Peppercorn Lust steak, its brilliant. 5 stars all around!

My second time here. I can't believe that our second stay COULD be better than the first, but it was.
I have dietary requirements, and I received exceptional care from Maria and her team. The gluten-free and dairy free pancakes were the fluffiest ever too.
My husband was given exceptional care, as a guest as well.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Really close to the metro and a ten minute walk to Rossio train station.
We will return to Lisbon and we will stay here again.
