Our room was very disappointing. We booked and paid for a superior room and if that was it I wouldn't like to see a basic room. Aircon didn't work, tv didn't work. Room very dated, bare, no character. We asked for tv to be fixed and never got a response from anyone but on our last night (of a 5 day trip) we returned to a working tv - we had asked on day 1!
On ne risque pas de partir sans payer et ils nous ont pris la note à la fin.
En comparaison le lendemain nous sommes allés à l’hôtel Baixa on a commandé du porto 10 ans d’âge on nous a montré la bouteille avant de nous servir , c’était du porto de Noval 10 ans d’âge on nous a servi des verres de taille correct avec un service digne d’un restaurant gastronomique au restaurant Sebastião à 9€ le verre pour la qualité du porto! je vous recommande d’aller à l’hôtel Baixa dans ce restaurant.
Car la vue de l’hôtel Mundial est belle mais c’est un service déplorable pour l’endroit, je pense que vous pouvez trouver mieux comme rooftop à Lisbonne.

Rooftopbar Getränke teuer, der tollen Lage wegen ok. Essen aber viel zu teuer bei schlechter Qualität
Zimmer muffig, Lage zur Straße hin nachts sehr laut.
The good: central to most major Lisbon sights. Rooms are large and clean. The rooftop and lobby bars are a nice place to gather.
The bad: the rooms are not quiet. Be prepared to listen to the drunken songs of the homeless folks outside each night, accompanied by a Stomp-like soundtrack of clinking bottles and trash cans. The breakfast, while having sufficient options, is always crowded with large tour groups. It was not a pleasant way to begin the day. We paid for an early check-in, but the front desk assumed we hadn't and was somewhat rude about it.
The ugly: our shower (room 728) was not safe. It was difficult to get in and out of and incredibly slippery. Each member of my family slipped in there; and on our final night, I lost my footing getting out. I hit my face on both sides, cut my arm open and have bruises all over my body. The hotel did help us call EMS, but then tried to charge us for the call. This was a truly dangerous situation, and I anticipate others may have had the same experience. When we checked out, the front desk was not apologetic or concerned.
Updated: I contacted the manager with a very long e-mail about safety concerns. No one ever responded.
Bij het inchecken ging van alles mis. Het was druk en chaotisch. De meneer die ons hielp vroeg of wij de kamer met creditcard wilden betalen. Toen wij hem er op wezen dat wij 2 maand geleden al hadden betaalt, kon hij dat ineens wél zien en vroeg hij naar wat voor kamer en of de bedden samen of apart moesten. Overduidelijk is er iets mis gegaan met de boeking.
De kamer lag helemaal weggestopt achterin het hotel. Badkamer vies, putje stroomt niet door waardoor je een voetenbad krijgt, de lampen werken niet goed, heel kaal en sfeerloos. De kamer is ook super gehorig, je hoort de hele dag en nacht geruis, gebonk en stromend water.
Het ontbijt is prima en de ligging is verder goed.
Un hôtel pas du tout conçu pour y dormir, ou le budget n'a pas été mis dans l'insonorisation, totalement inexistante, tant pour ce qui concerne les bruits extérieurs que les bruits intérieurs.
Tout est dans votre chambre, voitures, cars, klaxons des taxis, tramways, ambulances, conversation des piétons et des sdf alcoolisés ( l'hôtel est en coeur de ville ), et mis en valeur par le bruits des ascenseurs ( câbles, portes, poulies et propos des usagers ) en tous cas pour les chambres côté rue et quel que soit l'étage. ( nous avons testé le 2 ème et le 7ème )
Au "réveil" d'insomnie, un self destiné au petit déjeuner sans fioriture, tout juste correct, pas du tout à la hauteur du classement de l'établissement.
Seule la situation géographique est intéressante, proche de toutes commodités y inclus commerces, multiples restaurants et tous types de transports.
Ensuite, on a été servis comme des rois.
C était une magnifique soirée.
