Хорошо оборудованные апартаменты, стоит бойлер для нагрева воды, удобная кровать. Спокойная улица. Близко от метро и исторического центра города.

Super clean, minimalist decor, comfy beds and pillows. Highly recommend bringing ear plugs for sleeping as it can be noisy from construction and sometimes people in the hallway. Overall very pleasant and would recommend.

Must stay here. Everything was more than we expected. They are welcoming. The place is huge and clean. They supply lots for yoy including cleaning supplies and lots of coffee pucks

De très beaux appartements bien agencés.
Des parties communes en sous sol,salle de sport, jeux pour les enfants, canapés, grandes tables, bref un bel espace detente !!!
Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil.

Pleasant apartment hotel in an upscale part of Lisbon, near high-priced stores on the Avenida, but also the funky Barrio Alto section. Simple apartments but roomy and somewhat modern. The bed sheets don't fit, like we find at so many places these days. (but it's a nice big bed!)
Interesting basement with a large activity table, tons of books in Portuguese, a children's play area and a small workout area. Minimal front desk services, but friendly and helpful. Great value!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lisbon. Me and 3 friends stayed here in one of the apartments. The staff were constantly accommodating before we even arrived when asking questions etc and when we were there it was so perfect we didn't even need their help for anything after check in.
The apartment itself was beautiful, we had a nice balcony view, the rooms were spotless and the provided necessities were perfect. The cleaning service is amazing, the maid even folded my clothes I had left on my bed.
The building is secure and has great facilities everywhere. A nice chill out area to play pool or table football downstairs and even things for kids to play with.
I'll definitely come back here in the future. The location is perfect as it's near all the nightlife, restaurants and not far from all the attractions you would like to see in Lisbon.

Localização excepcional para Lisboa. Pertinho do metrô que te leva para qualquer canto da cidade! Equipe super prestativa! Camas confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo, cozinha equipada! Check in e check up super eficiente! Com certeza, voltaremos!

리스본 중앙에 자리하고 있는 최고의 아파트입니다. 프론트 데스크가 존재하는 아파트로. 숙소 바로 앞에 전망대로 연결되른 푸니쿨라가 있습니다. 렌트가 여행자에게 최고의 장소입니다. 숙소지하 주차장에 차량을 보관할 수 있습니다. 숙소 주변 마트에서 음식재료를 마련하여 간단히 조리하여 먹을 수 있습니다. 리스본 여행의 행복을 안겨주었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문할 의사가 있습니다.

Großartig! Wir sind super begeistert! Super sauber. Hübsch eingerichtet. Alles Nötige ist da (voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine). Super Standort. Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Bäckereien, Restoranten Supermarkt - alles um die Ecke. Mit kleiner Yorki-Dame ist genau richtiges Zuhause für ein paar Tagen. Sehr angemessene Preise. 100% Empfehlung.

I stayed at Lisbonaire Apartments in Lisbon and had an excellent experience. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, impeccably clean, and organized. The 24/7 WhatsApp support was a standout feature, providing continuous assistance. They offer garage parking, although it wasn't communicated by booking.com that a separate reservation and payment were needed. Despite this, the Lisbonaire Apartments team provided exceptional support, ensuring a seamless stay. Arriving outside regular hours can be a challenge, but their round-the-clock WhatsApp service was a lifesaver, offering continuous support. We felt well-supported, well-served, and well-treated throughout our phenomenal weekend stay in Lisbon. Highly recommend this accommodation.

- très bien situé, permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied
- De nombreux restaurants à proximité
- Chambres très spacieuses, propres, en très bon état
- Équipements suffisants : fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, micro ondes…
- Des emplacements sont disponibles juste devant l’hôtel pour se garer gratuitement
- Un parking est également disponible pour 15€/ jour, via un ascenseur qui descend votre voiture au -2 ou -3. Attention toutefois à ne l’utiliser que si vous avez une petite voiture (gabarit type Fiat 500). Nous avions une Audi A3 et avons rayé le pare-chocs en manœuvrant dans le sous-terrain
- Vous pouvez aller et venir à toute heure grâce à un code personnalisé
- Au -1 vous avez une bibliothèque, un coin lounge et jeux, et vous pouvez également y acheter des sodas, café, bouteilles d’eau ou bières.
Les -
- si vous êtes côté rue, vous risquez d’être gênés le soir / la nuit par le bruit d’un bar à proximité immédiates, ou les gens boivent à l’extérieur donc pas loin des fenêtres de votre appartement
- Ballon d’eau chaude insuffisant pour deux personnes donc ne comptez pas sur la baignoire

Aunque el apartamento era cómodo y estaba bien equipado y en una zona próxima al centro, en nuestro caso, daba a Rua da Glória y el nivel de ruido en esa calle es insoportable: gente pasando continuamente de noche y de día, conversando en voz alta, furgonetas trayendo material y dando portazos, como los taxis que recogían o llevaban turistas, los albañiles del edificio en obras, a gritos a las 7 de la mañana, bajando palés a golpetazo limpio y suma y sigue. El cerramiento de las ventanas es muy deficiente, da igual tenerlas abiertas o cerradas. NO SE DESCANSA.

Únicamente puedo opinar sobre el pésimo servicio recibido. Al poco de reservar te envían un correo indicándote que como somos un grupo grande (12 personas, por lo que habíamos reservado 3 apartamentos de 4 personas cada uno), que digamos nuestras intenciones porque han tenido problemas por el ruido generado por grupos grandes. A pesar de indicarles que somos una familia que vamos a hacer turismo y únicamente vamos a usar los apartamentos para dormir, vuelven a mandar otro correo indicando que cancele la reserva.
El trato recibido es vergonzoso y discriminatorio. Somos una familia grande que siempre viajamos juntos a muchos países y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema ni nos han llamado la atención, sino más bien todo lo contrario. Es una lástima que nos rechacen antes de darnos la oportunidad de conocernos.

Bardzo fajnie położone apartamenty w centrum starego miasta. Miła obsługa. Duży plus za sprzątanie pokoi. Bylem w wielu miejscach na świecie i hotelach o wysokim standardzie .
Nie jest to typowy hotel ale mogę śmiało dać wysokie noty.
Polecam i myślę że tu wrócę jeśli będę w Lizbonie.

Nos gusto mucho. Totalmente equipados con aparcamiento al que se accede a traves de un ascensor que es mas barato que los parkings de la zona. Dormitorio principal independiente y decoracion moderna. Muy bien situado al pie del elevador de un mirador. La unica pega es que resulta un poco caro pero aun asi lo recomiendo.

L'appartement était plutôt bien situé pas loin du centre ville. Il était agréable, lumineux et plutôt bien décoré.
Le métro se trouve pas très loin, ce qui vous permettra de vous déplacer facilement.
