Parfait.
It’s a wonderful place with view of the harbor and tastefully decorated. We were greeted by a friendly woman and then also a nice man who spoke English and explained the menu. The menu is small, but we have found that restaurants that only make a few dishes, usually do them quite well. This was no exception.
We had two starters. Sea bass carpaccio and mussel soup. Both were excellent. Fresh and full of wonderful flavor. We did wish the mussel soup had more mussels though. They were so good!!! For our main course I had the prawns with vegetables and my partner had the liver. The prawns were cooked absolutely perfect. The flavor was incredible! One of my favorite prawn dishes ever! The mix of tastes in the vegetables will have me remembering it for a very long time! My partner, who had the liver, said it was the best liver he had ever had. I don’t usually like liver and even I liked it!
The presentation of the food was also marvelous, which, of course, is also important.
The prices were also very reasonable considering the location and quality of the dishes.
The kind gentleman suggested a rose wine for me and a red wine for my partner. Both were fantastic!
This place is a MUST if you’re anywhere near this area. We will be back for sure!
