On the way back from the vacation, we unfortunately had a car breakdown in the evening. The car was towed and we ended up unscheduled in Trets. Since the garage could no longer repair the car we had to look for accommodation. Around 20.30 we were at the hotel Châteaux Demeures Vallée de l'Arc. The owner saw us with our children and immediately responded warmly. She informed us that she could have something ready for us. We were very happy to know that we do not have to look further for a place to stay with the children.

Ancienne poste rénovée située au coeur de Trets. La responsable est très sympathique, à l'écoute. La chambre est simple mais très propre. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié (sucré/salé). Je recommande cet établissement.

Quelle déception entre les photos et la réalité ! Chambre violette et aucunement ressemblant aux photos et sans parler du petit déjeuner, aucun fruit de saison, pain surgelé.. enfin nous entendons tout dans les chambres voisines ! Pour le prix, ça n'en vaut absolument pas la peine !

Hotel manager burst into our room at 2am after hearing a disturbance down the hall. No apology or reasoning was given at the time nor the next day and acted as if nothing had happened. Incredibly rude and overcharged us (double). Quality of the room was poor. Despite this, the area and local people are amazing.

Très bel hôtel, le personnel à été des plus agréables et nous avons passés une très bonne nuit grâce à la climatisation qui envoie du pâté ! Je recommande fortement.
