Very nice hotel a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the heart of Aix or the central train station. Great breakfast.

Lost VALUE.
Price was 2x the normal rate because of the world cup which Im fine but it doesn’t feel valuable anymore.
Breakfast blackout date so If I wanted to get breakfast that would be an additional 26pp pn.
They should have offered something considering price per night was 400 euros.
As a Bonvoy gold member I was not able to get an upgrade which I can understand but I’m not feeling valuable nor the hotel felt that way. Very sad.
Also, parking was restricted! So even less of what you can normally get for half the price.
Ideally, they should also try to have power outletd on both sides of the bed.

The location and the hotel amenities and the room size were excellent. But:
1. On my last night, I discovered the mattress cover had a blood stain that seemed pretty fresh, which means the cover was not washed from the previous guest-disgusting!
2. I told them I needed a blanket because I was too warm with the duvet, and they brought a dirty brown polyester blanket with hair on that they laid on the bed without a duvet cover- disgusting!
3. The king size duvet that was not used was left in plain sight on the arm chair during my entire stay.
4. Housekeeping was not done before very late in the afternoon, like 3:30-4pm in my case. Which meant no naps.

A luxurious hotel should pay more attention to details.

Très bon hôtel à deux pas du centre.
Chambre élégante et fonctionnelle avec deux lits doubles pour notre configuration familiale.
Le spa est super avec Hammam très apprécié et la piscine intérieure chauffée quoique un peu fraîche mais très agréable au final. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top avec de très bons produits et un très large choix.
Le personnel est très attentionné.
Nous avons aussi testé des cocktails aux goûts atypiques très bons.
le seul hic : la facturation de 9€ du parking, en travaux à ce moment là donc non fermé. Cette prestation pourrait être dans le prix de la nuitée à mon humble avis!
Bref un petit séjour à Aix vraiment bien.

I booked this hotel paying extra only cause it’s a MARRIOTT BRAND! I could have book any other cheaper hotel which is closer to the square.

We got the bed with hair on it, the water box was open. After calling front desk, the guy switch our room but the new room was smaller than the first one and also had horrible mattress.

I will suggest try and look for different option in the same amount.
