Ubicación excepcional para este hotel histórico, que ha sido reformado con los más altos estándares de confort moderno.

El antiguo convento de los Grandes Agustinos ⁽ siglo XII) acogió a Martín Lutero, padre del protestantismo, tras ser excomulgado por el Papa. En 1892, una parte de la iglesia del convento se convirtió en hospedería, y la entrada del edificio, con sus ventanas ojivales y vidrieras, sigue en pie hoy en día. Sus 28 habitaciones climatizadas están decoradas según diferentes temas, artísticos, japoneses o clásicos, y dos de ellas disponen de terraza propia. No olvide reservar con antelación, ya que su excepcional ubicación se suma a su comodidad.

Personnel extrêmement chaleureux adorable ! Un grand merci tout spécial à Reda ! Mais tout le personnel est adorable !
Petit déj digne de ce nom !!!????
Emplacement extra !
Point negatif ....la vétusté ! Enjamber la baignoire....
Par contre les points négatifs sont largement compenses par les points positifs !
Nous avons séjourné mon compagnon et moi 2 jours.

The location is fabulous, very walkable and rooms are quite nice, clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable. Parking overnight at Rotonde 25 euros is convenient but pricey. Bathtub is very nice. Rooms have large windows. When I checked in the gentleman was very professional, welcoming, and proficient. The next day however, I did not like the treatment from the blonde lady at reception. I did not appreciate when I returned to the hotel from being outside, the reception lady asked me which room I was in - I told her. She then asked what my name was. I asked her why she needed to know when I've informed her my room number. She said because people walk in and it's for your security, and she wasn't there at reception when I checked in. I thought this was odd because I don't want to be interrogated each time I return to the hotel when the staff changes. I want to feel welcome and comfortable for a stay I've paid for, not treated like some unwanted guest. That was my one gripe. Later, she was apologetic and she did treat me well.

Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel pour cet hôtel élégant et très bien tenu.
Pour ce qui est de l'emplacement on ne peut faire mieux...

Nice hotel, very convenient location. small room but high ceilings made it more comfortable. Looks just like the pictures, old building with some quirks but OK. Much more than 3 nights might have been a problem. We'd recommend for a night or two in Aix en Provence.

This hotel is a quick walk to the Cours Mirabeau and Place Richelme, etc. -- a wonderful location in the ancient part of town. We put the address in our GPS and tried to drive there, bu it's on a narrow medieval street and you just can't get there in your car. We finally called the hotel and were told to go directly to Parking Mignet and walk from there. The lobby is really cool (originally a 12th c. convent), the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms we had were nothing special, but comfortable and clean, no problems. Walk to all kinds of marchés and cafes, historic buildings and squares...
