Venu en famille avec notre famille indienne, tout le monde a adoré la cuisine et le chef !!! La recette est partie en Inde. Et mention également au vin servi, le Gaillac rouge était excellent. Un super moment, ne cherchez plus allez manger chez l'ami toulousain sans hésiter.

Une cuisine délicieuse, authentique et paysanne, qui fait vraiment du bien. On repart le ventre plein et le cœur léger. Ça tranche complètement avec les nombreux restos touristiques du coin. L’hôte est super sympa, les prix honnêtes, presque trop beaux pour être vrais vu la qualité des plats.

This restaurant is located away from the main thoroughfare of commercial shops and tourist cafes.

Came here for lunch with my family of six, including two old folks and two young kids on a weekday. The owner was very welcoming. He prepares, cooks, serves, clears and washes up all by himself. Yet he still served with a smile and humour.

There is only one set menu to order - consisting of 1) a cheese salad, 2) a duck confit stew (traditional Occitan garbure) and 3) coffee with dessert (chocolate cake and muffin). All for just €18. We ordered 4 sets, which was sufficient for the six of us. Special mention should be given to the duck, which slides off the bone easily and the tasty stew, although it’s slightly salty. The owner was also flexible enough to swap tea for coffee for those who couldn’t take coffee.

Overall a good experience and definitely not a tourist trap. Will return again when I’m back in Lourdes.

Nous avons passée un excellent repas dans ce restaurant, marquant par l'accueil chaleureux, et le repas en simplicité cuisiné si j'ose dire parfaitement. Vraiment un endroit où on se sent accueillis comme à la maison, par un restaurateur aguerri. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps

Federique the owner of the restaurant is a very dedicated chef who goes out of his way to make your experience at his restaurant enjoyable.
The food was really delicious the prices are extremely good and his service and dedication are unique.

This is a great place to try the local garbure. Frederic welcomed us with a huge smile. His set menu included salad with blue cheese, home cooked garbure, desserts and coffee (very reasonably priced). The cheese gave a wonderful flavor to the salad. We enjoyed the garbure (stew duck, potato and carrot). It would gave us a better experience if he finished the meal with a homemade dessert. It’s definitely a must try in Lourdes

Hands down, the best dining experience in Lourdes. The owner and chef, Frédéric makes everything himself. You get to eat a delicious, home-cooked, local, traditional meal. Simple, perfect! I always look forward to coming back here when I come to Lourdes.

This should be a must for everyone in Lourdes. It's more than a restaurant, it's an experience. Tastefully decorated with a vintage vibe, everything in it makes the authentic, traditional, homemade menu exceptional.

What a treat to dine with Frédéric in Lourdes! He is such a wonderful and passionate host who serves the most unassuming delicious food of the region ???????? we felt so welcomed and had so much fun chatting with him between meals!

We started with a vibrant serving of salad topped with a healthy serving of Roquefort and a side of baguette ????

This was a first time for us to try the Garbure dish and yet the flavors are totally reminiscent of home ???? a duck confit stewed with greens ????, beans ????, and potatoes ????, balanced with an herby savoury broth ???? every spoonful was delicious!

We ended the meal with a rich fondant au chocolat (gluten free, made with buckwheat (sarrasine)!) ???? ????

The food was amazing! We came around lunchtime and were served a large bowl of soup, the duck was incredible and melted in our mouths. The salad was also delicious. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely come back! Best regards and see you soon!

Pas facile a trouve mais super adresse dans un petit restaurant traditionnel: à la bonne franquette, simple et efficace sans chichis. Fais maison et bonne découverte des plats locaux.

Il ristorante rustico che ha il menù fisso. Al primo impatto avevamo i dubbi se rimanere per pranzo, ma poi siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Cibo ed accoglienza del titolare è al massimo. Alcuni aspetti del locale stesso vanno migliorati e curati di più. Grazie

Quelle découverte! Repas délicieux, de l'entrée au café gourmand : un sans faute et que dire de plus du propriétaire qui a pris du temps pour nous raconter sa cuisine? Allez-y ! Le décor n'a pas changé depuis très longtemps, tout est dans l'assiette et la gentillesse.
Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Petit restaurant avec menu unique a 15€. Le proprietaire est très sympathique , l ambiance est bonne enfant, échange avec les tables voisines. La garbure est délicieuse. Nous étions 3 et sommes repartis ravis de notre dejeuner. Merci pour ce bon moment .

1er nov 23 5/5 je ne reviens pas sur ma note et justement vu le goût de cette garbure nous aurions aimé une petite louche de plus ... peut être que le patron pourrait le proposer ?

Merci pour votre commentaire. Désolé pour la petite louche. Nous servons généreusement sans aimer le gaspillage et habituellement les rations correspondent à l'appétit des clients. Je vois dans votre demande un satisfecit. Nous en reparlerons lors de votre prochaine visite.
