Barrio Saint-Cyprien, Antípodas inaugurado en 2018. Es un pequeño y agradable establecimiento que ofrece una acogedora habitación que se abre directamente a la cocina. Aurélien y Jérémy, los dos chefs asociados que han dejado su huella en casas de prestigio, trabajando en las estufas. Para el almuerzo, una fórmula de mercado trabaja los clásicos con delicadeza: un entrante, un plato de carne o un plato de pescado y un postre, renovado cada día. Por la noche, el menú ofrece aperitivos para compartir, luego generosos platos: chuletas de cerdo, pollo marinado, pescado del momento.... Un consejo: no te pierdas los postres, especialmente la pavlova!

This St. Cyprien gem is located in a great area, close to the metro, Les Abbatoirs and Place de l’Estrapade. We had the encornet with aioli and mezze platter to start. The encornet was light, crispy and perfectly seasoned. The falafel were crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside and served on top of a dreamily creamy hummus. This platter was a dynamic combination of textures and flavors. Our mains were equally as delicious. My well-seasoned steak was accompanied by a simple but absolutely delightful lettuce wedge salad. My dinner companions raved about their chorizo-inspired Toulouse sausage. For dessert, we ended our meal with a molten lava chocolate cake that was another flavor / texture bomb. Service and wine matched the quality of the food. Value is excellent! I can’t wait to come back.
