Desde hace más de tres décadas, Jean-Luc Matha trabaja 16 hectáreas de viñas en el corazón de los viñedos de Marcillac. Enamorado de su terruño, cultiva un vino reconocible al instante, respetando las tradiciones y una variedad de uva única en la zona, Fer Servadou. Fue uno de los principales impulsores de la creación de la AOC. Jean-Luc Matha ofrece vinos tintos, blancos y rosados, así como un "vin de soif", como a él le gusta llamarlo. Innova con aperitivos a base de vino tinto y nueces verdes, o de vino y flores de diente de león.

Without an appointment, we were welcomed and spent over an hour (with the company of a really fun family that had arrived at the same time) tasting , white, rosé and red wines from a grape varietal that we had never previously encountered.
It ended with a tasting of their red and white ratafias, which were the best that we had tasted.
The red wines are mostly distinguished by the year of vindage and we were amazed at the variety of flavour and intensity that the different vintages produced.
A singularly exceptional experience and one that finished off our holiday perfectly.
