Es de suponer que sí, dado el historial del joven: pastelero de formación, hizo su aprendizaje en Ducasse antes de dejar su huella en un establecimiento con estrellas Michelin en Florida. Allí conoció a Emely, especialista en servicios de lujo. Juntos, dejaron su maleta en Burdeos y abrieron este refinado salón de té con servicio continuo de dulces y salados. Los domingos ofrecen un variado y copioso brunch. Los precios son muy razonables y la calidad está ahí.

What a treasure to find for brunch!! Fresh cold pressed juices, delicious coffee and the BEST Avo toast I’ve ever had. Attention to detail and quality of ingredients was unmistakable. Lovely couple who own the restaurant with a real passion for food and beverages.

Dessert with Breakfast?!? Yes! After trying the Mille-Crêpe you will agree, not only is it delicious, it’s refreshing and you will want to return again to try another flavor. Owners Thomas and Emely are welcoming and committed to making it a wonderful dining experience. Definitely plan a visit while in Bordeaux.

Looking for a great place to start your day? Then check out She & Him. Whether you're in Bordeaux on vacation, or a long-time resident, this delightful French American café offers a unique dining experience. The food is fabulous, and you can see the attention to detail that this husband & wife team, have poured into their restaurant. The décor is a wonderful fusion between old Miami, a nod to historical Bordeaux, all while remaining completely modern. Everything has been carefully curated to enhance your dining experience; even the music!

Make sure to try the pancakes and leave room for dessert. The -Mille-Crêpes may be the best dessert you'll ever have!

If you want to start your day off right and enjoy a wonderful breakfast while seated in a very inviting location, visit She & Him.

Preis Leistung passt leider nicht zusammen . Vor allem das Eitoast war mit über 13 Euro lächerlich da wirklich nur etwas Ei . Aufgrund der Reklamation wurden wir auf die marktüblichen Preise hingewiesen. Schade - wir kommen nicht wieder und ihr solltet euch nicht von Tollen Rezensionen blenden lassen .
