Very good location in the area of Chatrons. Center and the train station St. Jean are also very easy to reach. But it was loud outside, even with windows closed.
There is no elevator.
Our room had many faults and/or idiosyncrasies.
There was a light switch at the entrance by the door that did not do anything. We had to turn on the bathroom light so that we could see anything until we reached the end of the room.
The light switches by the bed did not work separately, we had to play around with the switches from both sides to make it work.
There was a boiling kettle in the room, but it was not plugged. We tried to find a possible outlet for it, but the cable was too short to reach any and we did not want to move the kettle under the table or elsewhere really.
The curtains could be moved only from one side to the other and while the high window was open it was impossible to close the curtain and it got stuck constantly, making it difficult to close the window again.
The WiFi was patchy.
The towel hooks were almost broken off in the bathroom.
Water pressure was very low in the shower.
The shower gel provided was mixed with water and we had to use a lot to get the feeling to actually have showered with soap. There is no shampoo.
Most of the service was very friendly.
The breakfast was for a 3 star hotel pretty good.

They should specify that the bath tubs are for showers only, we took a bath and they came from the reception to tell us they were cutting off the water in the room because of the high consumption. We left without being able to washing our teeth after that because they did indeed cut the water off. At almost 100€ per night this is unacceptable.

Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée juste à côté de la réception. Nous craignons le bruit, finalement il n'y a eu aucun bruit.
Points forts:
- literie correcte
- espace agréable
- situation géographique, quartier
- calme
Points faibles (facile à gommer):
- connexion internet défaillante - siège de douche vieux, rouillé qui mériterait d'être changé.
- petit-dejeuner pas très fourni (on a dû commander nos croissants à la réception, la veille)
- porte de la réserve (économat et buanderie) ouverte sur la pièce du petit-déjeuner pas top !
Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement mais en demandant lors de la réservation, une chambre dans les étages (pour la connexion internet et la possibilité de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, la nuit) et nous ne prendrons pas le petit-déjeuner.

Hotel bien situé, chambre propre et calme. De plus l'agent d'accueil Quentin est tres sympathique et serviable, il vous fait un topo du contenu de la chambre et vous propose son aide. Je recommande vivement.

La atención del personal muy correcta ! El desayuno por 11€ muy bien, la habitación pequeña, aunque limpia y su baño muy limpio también! Parada del tranvía muy cercana , hace fácil el translado a todos los lugares !!

Équipe au top et compréhensive. Chambre très très propre et équipée! Literie confortable. Bel endroit au calme et surtout bien situé! De l’hôtel tout peut être fait à pieds. A bientôt avec plaisir.

Très bonne literie, les chambres côté cour bénéficient d'un calme absolu. Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Bordeaux.

Se avessi voluto trovarmi nella Bohème di Puccini, avrei studiato da soprano. Diversamente, non capisco perché avrei dovuto trovare adeguata la sistemazione in un sottotetto dove, dall'"alto" del mio metro e 60, faticavo perfino a stare in piedi, la polvere del parquet cricchiava sotto le scarpe e c'erano le sbarre alle finestre (mi chiedo quanto sussistano i requisiti minimi per la sicurezza).

Accueil sympa mais la réception était souvent vide. Bien pour le prix, mais notre chambre au dernier étage n’avait pas d’aération dans la salle d’eau et ça sentait les égouts. J’ai demandé à être changés, mais hôtel plein, ils ont mis du déodorant - odeur chimique en plus des airs d’égouts…
J’imagine que les autres chambres sont mieux.

hotel semplice, ma pulitissimo e confortevole. mi sono sentita molto tranquilla e a mio agio. inoltre lo staff è stato veramente gentile nel farci depositare i bagagli in anticipo. non ci sono chissà che nuove tecnologie, ma per me l'essenziale è la pulizia, la posizione (che in questo caso è ottima, in pieno centro) e la cortesia del personale!

Nous connaissions pour y être déjà venus il y a une dizaine d'années. Les chambres ont été remises au goût du jour et le service est toujours impeccable.
El barrio de Chartrons es un rincón bien a los compradores bordelés: numerosos anticuarios y chamarileros escogieron residencia en la esquina, y como se trata de un sector que se encontraba a los comerciantes de vinos antes, encontramos sobre todo grandes obras bien cuidadas. Es en esta antigua casa del siglo pasado que se encuentra el hotel Notre-Dame que incluye una veintena de habitaciones. Si eliges una habitación con ducha ti te por 50 euros, 55 con baño. Recepción muy agradable.
